“Awesome Staff! Beautiful room, Clean hotel and Delicious breakfast! :)”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 30, 2013

We stayed here for almost a week due to a home flooding. I have to say...the staff rocks! The check in rep, check out rep, maids, breakfast coordinator and ESPECIALLY the manager ... they were all just wonderful. Rooms were beautiful, spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious ... kiddos loved it! The most memorable part of our stay was the manager, Mr. Spencer Dowdle. He made sure our family were comfortable and well taken care of...with our home a hot little mess...it was so nice to be pampered and have that moment of "not worrying" about the headache awaiting us at home. Thank you SpringHill Suites staff...and special thanks and shout out to Spencer Dowdle for looking out for us! Highly recommend this hotel for everyone :)

This hotel is very modern with sliding doors to close the bathrooms. The breakfast Buffet was good but over a four day stay it didn't change much. Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I will visit again!

Stayed at this hotel for the first time this week. This hotel is so new they had room key that touch the lock and it automatically opens. Everyone in this hotel was very friendly from check in to the smiling worker in their breakfast buffet. I was offered directions to local restaurants and all in all this was a very nice stay. When I am in town again I will stay here.

I was in town with my son for a junior golf tournament at the Woodlands. I chose this hotel because of the tripadvisor reviews and the proximity to the golf course. The front desk staff were great, they had my reservation in their computer quickly, and check in was no problem. The lobby looked good and their were people lounging around seeming to have a great time. The rooms were spacious and very modern. The seperate toilet area from the shower is a great idea! The TV was good quality and although they didn't have the golf channel available and it was Masters weekend, we managed to live. The breakfast wasn't the best in the world, but it was free and certainly better than nothing at all. I will stay here again if I'm in the area.

I did not expect to find such a decent hotel in suburban Houston off the I-45 - clean, well maintained, large rooms and generous breakfast. The hotel has laundry facilities and a small business center to serve many types of guests. We did not test the sofa bed, but we found our two double beds comfortable and generous. We thought the hotel was excellent value, especially when considering a full free breakfast and hot beverages available throughout the day. A strong recommendation.

We were very pleased with the size of the room and it was super clean! We asked for a roll-away and got it very quickly. The quality of the linens was nice (except the blankets were very strange). I used the laundry facility - it was great, and they sell laundry soap at the front desk. My kids thought the pool was freezing, but loved the hot tub. Also this property shares a city block with a Walmart if you forget something (as we did) it was easy to shop.

The breakfast was less than I expected. The first morning they ran out of eggs, sausage, gravy and just turned off the lights and put the breakfast away - early. If you came at the end of the stated serving time you could get coffee, a little cereal and some muffins - that was it.

The next day (Saturday) we came down early and there was food. Although only eggs (no bacon or sausage was even offered).

Overall a nice clean hotel - but don't count on a full breakfast if they are busy or you arrive near the end of the serving time.

Room Tip: Don't count on breakfast!

Cosmetically attractive but one of the worst business stays ever. AC vibrated all night plus road noise horrible; paper thin windows. Had to out a pillow over exposed ear to try to sleep. Walk in shower leaked all over bathroom floor. Built cheap; not up to Marriott standards. Will never stay again.
