This is one of the Best Hotel's I have stayed in.If you ask for anything they do their best to take care of it.I would highly recommend this Motel to anybody looking fo a Quiet Night with Friendly Staff Members,

This was a nice hotel, and it did the job. THe breakfast was good and the people were nice. The hotel is being renovated and it looks nice.
If I had a suggestion for the hotel, it would be to get rid of the guest laundry on the second floor. The washer was small but only cost $1. That would have been okay but there is only one washer and one dryer. The dryer is terrible, it took over an two hours to get the clothes damp. The washing machine does not spin enough of the water out.so the clothes were still too wet and the dryer was no good. I suggect you move the laundry to a more convient location, get two new washers and two new dryers and then add a chair so people coulld sit while doing their laundry.

After a long day of driving, 1000 miles, we where looking for a great nights rest. We were not disappointed. The staff friendly, the room clean , and the bed extremely comfortable. It is always nice to be able to relax in the spacious accommodations Comfort Suites normally provides. The only problem we had on this particular visit was the heater had gone out on the pool so a relaxing swim was not an option.

What a disappointment. I am a loyal Comfort Inn customer and this is near the bottom of the barrel from what I've come to expect for Comfort Inn quality. Friendly staff - yes, clean and well kept room - no! Stains on the duvet, tears in the carpet, black/white TV (no color reception), half of sheer curtain just missing, burns on blackout curtain, chips in the tub - suffice it to say the rooms are in serious need of refurbishing let alone a good deep cleaning. (mgmt - it's room 322 if you want to verify). And all this for more than I've ever paid for a Comfort Inn/Suites anywhere else. It left me with a "taken advantage of" feeling. My advice, look for somewhere else to stay in Texarkana.
