“Staying in Sugar Land, TX”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 8, 2013

The Hilton Garden Inn was an excellent choice for a recent trip to attend my nephew's wedding. Conveniently located close to Houston and to the church and wedding venue, the accommodations were more than adequate. The courtesy van and easy access to eating spots allowed us to take advantage of the immediate area. The only draw back, the expense of getting into Houston to enjoy the sights.

We were in the Sugarland area to attend a family wedding. The hotel was very conveniently located from the wedding venues and also from our relayives place at new territory. I am a hiltion honors reward member and always prefer Hilton gardens for our stay during holidays

I stay here a couple of times a year and would not go anywhere else in this area. Compared to other HGIs it is of a high standard. You cant fault the rooms, cleanliness and facilities. The restaurant has a decent breakfast and a good evening menu (if a bit limited). Location allows a walk to a few restaurants and a bar and the shuttle bus will take you anywhere else you fancy.
What sets this hotel apart is the general manger, Curtis. He is a true pro who goes to extraordinary lengths to ensure his guests are happy. If you have any issues, he will do everything he can to solve them.
If you are in the area for a few nights (or longer) then i thoroughly recommend this hotel - the staff will make you feel right at home.

I stay at this hotel whenever I am in the Houston area. I travel every week and have stayed at hotels all over the US and this is one of the best. The rooms are very nice and well kept. The staff is excellent . The breakfeast is very good. Of all the chains I have stayed at Hilton is by far the best and this property is one of Hilton's best..

Although you are staying at the Hilton, the price of the rooms was very expensive for a normal hotel room. Breakfast is not always included, which for the price it should be. The first time staying was wonderful, the second time the room smelled a little musty. All in all the Hilton is a good hotel, but very expensive.

This hotel and amenities lived up to the Hilton name. I could find no faults. Breakfast was excellent and over-sized (portions could be cut back). I would recommend this hotel to my relatives and friends.
