We returned to Rose Hill Manor for my husband's birthday, and it was even better than before (which is saying a lot)! Their new chef, Asa, is one of the very best in this whole area and we absolutely love his food. Tonight's dinner was one of the finest meals we've ever eaten... sooooo delicious. Corn soup with scallop, filet of rib eye with a smoked tomato and peppercorn glaze, white truffle pureed potatoes, braised/glazed carrots/parsnips, and a peach cobbler with cinnamon ice cream. Stupendous!
