We there around noon on a Sunday. Very crowded, they ran out of silverware. We were seated promptly, got drink orders taken, then proceeded to wait over half an hour for food, all the while watching other diners come and go. Waitress only came to our table once and didnt want to refill drinks while we waited. One bowl of soup was brought (again no silverware) even though we had 5 in our party. At one point the manager came over to see how delighted we were with our dining experience. He was sarcasatic. Finally food arrived, this time WITH silverware, and drink refills at that time. At no other time were we offered more drinks or anything additional. The restaurant was only half filled while we were aimlessly looking around waiting on the food, so I dont think they were all that "stacked up in the kitchen".
