We had lunch for the first time here today and will probably not return.
My chicken fried steak was bland and a bit on the greasy side. The mashed potatoes with gravy were also bland and almost everything required generous doses of salt and pepper from our table’s shakers.
To be fair, I must say my wife’s chicken fried pork was pretty good.
We were handed menus after being seated, but were told some of our selections were unavailable. We were advised to choose from the hand-written white board located near the entrance. What’s the use in handing customers a full menu if you can only select from limited choices written on a white board?
