pillows & bedspreads need to be updated & the water used to wash floors need to be changed more often. Water was dirty so floors were dirty.

Thanks for your review. We are sorry that you were not pleased with the bed spreads and the condition of the tile floors. We do have new bedspreads on order and have new art arriving soon. Usha, the head of housekeeping usually does a great job with cleaning quality control but I will discuss this issue with her. In the future please call the front desk with any problems as soon as you discover one. Thanks, MK Also, please book direct with us at 956 761 6300 as we guarantee the lowest rate and we are in a better position to help you if you have a problem with your reservation and we have a 24 hour cancellation policy.

This Super 8 has the friendliest staff of any we have stayed before!
We will definitely return next winter and, hope for many stays after that!
