It's always a fun place to walk around and check out the sales. I enjoy going before the heat of the summer. It's clean and well kept, benches set throughout the walking areas for resting or having a snack. Restrooms are clean. Weekdays are MUCH less crowded than then weekends.
The Round Rock Outlet has a nice circular layout with the majority of it being covered (which was very helpful when we visited since it was raining on and off). It is part of the Premium Outlets, which in my opinion, usually attract better stores (although the prices are not always "outlet" prices). The Round Rock location had the usual stores, not really anything special, but it was enjoyable to shop mainly due to its layout. It was easy to hit the stores that we wanted to (Nautica, New York & Company, Reebok, Fossil, Van Heusen, Izod, and a few others) quickly and get back on the road.
A recommendation: Before going, be sure to log onto the website and print off coupons and a voucher for a free coupon book.
Well-staffed, good bargains, ate lunch at La Madelaine, It was a very nice evening after a day of hiking.
Typical premium outlet. Be careful not all things are a deal. The children's place is great to buy children's clothes off season. Watch for coupons and make it work well for you.
I've been here a few times, the parking is a complete joke, the lot is too small of this area. I've never really found anything to be that great of a bargain, unless you like seconds, but then those aren't really a deal. Too many kids running around without adult supervision as well. Majority of the stores are small and cramped when people actually get moving inside. I've been a few times, never plan on going back.
