In Dallas for a wedding and our hotel was closer to this Pappadeaux than the one we usually go to. So because of time constraints, we tried this one, it was closer to our hotel. It is on the east side service road for the Central Expressway, so exit at Spring Valley Rd and take the service road north, We arrived a little after 2 p.m. and the restaurant does not look like much from the road, but it is very similar to other Pappadeaux once inside. Because we were there before 3, we could order off the lunch menu. It is not cheap, but it is a bargain. I had a blackened catfish filet on dirty rice with shrimp andouie sauce for $10.95. I agree with other reviewers about the fish here, it is always fresh and cooked just right. My wife had the medium Cobb salad (huge) and lobster bisque. We avoided the drink menu, everything seems to be $10 per drink and got out for $26 plus tip. We have always had dinner here and have never gotten out for less than $20+ per person.
