I have been a fan of Mongolian style cooking restaurants for the better part of 20 years. Ghengis Grill is still one of my favorites. There are a couple nationwide chains and many local places. They have a great selection of meats, very fresh and abundant vegetable and last but not least terrific sauces. One thing that sets them apart from their competition is your choice of rice, fried rice, tortillas, cabbage and noodles under your stir fry. The other national competition only offers white rice upon request and fried rice one night a week. At some point GG has changed their policy to small, reg and large bowls opposed to what they used to do, which was one trip or all you can eat and the competition going AYCE, most would be hard pressed to still be hungry after the large bowl. The long of the short of it. I love this place and just wish it wasn't a half hour drive from my current apartment!
