Excellent hotel and location and we will stay here again whenever we are visiting family. The hotel staff was very helpful. We found the room to be very clean and spacious with all the comforts of home..

I certainly would recommend this hotel. Breakfast was very good except the orange juice was not cold. My room was clean and very quiet. I was surprised with that because of the location. The staff was always friendly whether behind the desk or in the hallways. Definitely would stay here again.

Very nice and well kept hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Finding a place to park late evening is a problem. Pool area well cared for. Full breakfast next day at resturant next door. Front desk staff very friendly and made sure we had extra coffee in our room for next day.

We were booked at this hotel for a soccer tournament. When we arrived it looked to be very clean. The lobby of the hotel was nicely decorated and the staff was friendly. I verified again that we had a king room with a pull-out and the front desk stated yes. We took the elevator from the lobby to our room on the 2nd floor and you had to open a door to the hallway of the rooms. As soon as you did, the smell and heat would knock you down! We went to our room, and yes we had a king bed, but our "pullout" was a single chair that had a smaller than twin size mattress that was covered in blood spots as the other bed. Needless to say my daughter was less than thrilled to sleep on it. The bathroom was poorly cleaned and the carpets were worn and felt damp. We will not be staying her again.

We arrived at the hotel late night after 12 hour driving. We were given a room in the second floor. As soon as i opened the door bad smell (very strong) was coming from the room. The smell wasn't bad as you walk towards the end of the room. The air condition was turned to the maximum and the room was freezing. I turned off the air and waited for the rest of the family to come to the room. As soon as they opened the door they complained about the bad smell. I tried to call the front desk and the phone was busy. Tried several time and my husband already went to bed. Then i called the hotel number using my cell phone and someone answered and they promised to fix the telephone next day. At this time i did not say anything about the bad smell. All the hangers were dusty and we thought may be the room was not used for some time and the bad smell will go away. We hardly stayed in the room except for a shower in the morning and to sleep in the night. The reception area is nice and the breakfast is good. When i checked out i told them about the bad smell. She said sorry but didn't seem to be surprised and didn't ask any questions. I believe that they knew about the issue and still gave it to us. I am writing this so that this doesn't happen to anyone else. The room number is 202. The smell is so bad when you open the door you feel like throwing up. I still would like to know what that smell is. I will never stay in this place again.

The staff at this Best Western are attentive, pleasant. and professional. The ambiance as you walk in is great. Good decor, good olfactory experience. Both times we stayed here have been great, clean rooms. Great front desk personnel.

Nice place to stay. TV was old and breakfast was limited. Limited selection; eggs kinda dry and gravy was watery. They put away the food while some were still waiting. Washer made horrible noise, also no change available.
