“Very disappointed- what happened to your customer service?”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed June 29, 2013

Been to this restaurant quite a few times and had always enjoyed it, so we decided to take family from out of town for a birthday dinner. What a mistake! I should have been warned from when we were seated and the girl literally threw our menus down at us. The food wasn't bad but it didn't help that it came out in three lots with quite a space in between (there were only 6 of us) so if we waited, some of our food would have started to get cold. The thing that upset me the most though was when our waitress decided to bring out a small dessert for the birthday girl and shoved it under her nose while someone was still eating their dinner. No warning! no chance to sing happy birthday! nothing but embarrassement on our part for choosing BJ's. To top it off she immediately came back with our check without even asking if the rest of our group would like a dessert. It was far from late, so not like they were closing or anything and plenty of spare tables for other diners. So disappointed! not sure if i will ever go back!

“Go to BJ's.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 20, 2013 via mobile

BJ has good ratings for the right reasons. This is a nice place that has an excellent atmosphere, fantastic food, and awesome home brew.

“An upscale chain and worth a visit”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 29, 2013

I've eaten at several BJ's, and all have been excellent. I love the decor, the service is great, and the food wonderful. My only beef is that salads (which are inexpensive to make) are very small and therefore too expensive. But absolutely worth a visit!

“Chain Brewery.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 24, 2013

This is a reliable chain. The food is good and inexpensive. The menu is extensive. Service and atmosphere are both good. It has a good range od craft beer and wine at reasonable prices. We had steak which was well cooked and presented. The porter is well worth trying.

“Nice Place, Good Food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 6, 2013

Never experienced a BJ's, but glad we did. Friends took us here and was pleasantly surprised. Menu was diverse. Atmosphere was well done, with high ceilings and open view with short walls to segment the different areas, yet still able to see over the walls where you did not feel "shut-in". Great food smells and menu choices. Staff appeared professional and upbeat. We were there for a late lunch and they allowed us to order from the lunch menu, even though "lunch hours" had passed by just a little bit. Food was good and had solid levels of flavor's to the dish. Sweet tea was VERY sweet. It was like Georgia/Alabama/Mississippi "southern sweet". I toned it way back with un-sweet tea to balance it. Not sure if the tea as just overly sweet that day, or if this is the norm. All in all, a good choice on the map of what to do and where to eat. You will enjoy.
