We did not pay for the room because we used our Hilton Honor Points so I can't comment on the value other than we probably would have not paid $200 w/tax to stay here when we knew of another hotel in the area much cheaper and just as great and clean. The hotel was very nice, very clean and the room was as well. The service was great and the people were friendly. The front desk always had someone there. I believe you get a FREE water bottle for each person in your party at check in and FREE night time cookies. That's a benefit for people with children. The hotel wasn't that difficult to get to but I can see many people not turning at the right place because this hotel is set off from the feeder road. Its behind Best Western. You have to turn as if you were going to Best Western to get to it. The pool looked nice but we never used it. The cleaning staff respected our privacy sign and the hotel was realitively quiet. The only thing I did not like was the bed. It was entirely too hard and my husband hates the pillows because they are not firm enough. The bed does have an adjustment dial but it didnt seem like there was a difference at all. The coffee is free but the breakfast is $11.95 per person and we didnt try it but know that it is good based on stays at other Hilton Garden Inn locations.
