Stopped here on Sept 2 2012 on the way home to Fort Worth. It was after 3:30 so there were few other diners. Most waiters were talking to the female cashier. Had the Queso which was tasty. Ran out of tortilla chips and had to get another waiter to bring more. Our waiter couldn't be found anywhere. Found out upon leaving tht our waiter was outside texting on his phone because he wasn't that busy. I had he Cheese Enchilada Dinner. They tasted like they had been made for hours and were tough upon trying to chew and breaking away each bite. The rice was pretty dry. Sat for awhile before getting ice tea refill. Again, our waiter wasn't found. This was becoming irritating because I was in a hurry. Like I said earlier, they weren't busy. I was there Oct 2011 during the week at lunch time and the place was very busy and the waiters were attentive. At hat time my same meal was good and fresh. Maybe it was just a bad day for them but it was disappointing.
