Wow, what a fantastic Hotel, from the moment we arrived it was excellent value for money. The rooms were cleaned every day and we had an amazing pool view. The friendly staff in the beautiful dining room worked extremely hard, and the choice of food each day was superb. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and are looking forward to our next visit.

We have just returned from out Xmas holiday at the Noelia Sur. We were suprised to read the comments from previous holiday makers there on your review page. We were absolutely delighted with the hotel and the staff were brilliant, very helpful and informative. The cleaning staff were very hardworking and friendly. The food was varied and fresh, if people moaned about that, then there must be something wrong with them. Yes it is for couples and elderly people not for teenagers or youngsters makes a change to get away from them. The nudist area was perfect, no kids to interupt the peace and quiet of the area. The only comment we have to make is we agree that the swimming pool should have had a shallow end for people who cannot swim but just needed to cool off, apart from that lovely place near everything you need, and also we got brilliant sleeps at night with no noisy larger louts. Just going to enquire about our Xmas holiday for 2006 as we cannot wait to return.

My wife and I stayed at the Noelia Sur in November 2005 and found it to be an excellent hotel. We have stayed at numerous hotels in Las Americas including the Tenerife Princess and this hotel was superior in many ways.
The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful and we would like to give a particular mention to Fatima and David who worked in the restaurant. The rooms are the largest of any hotel we have stayed in and they are very clean and nicely decorated. The food was excellent at both breakfast and dinner with a fantastic choice and variety. Unlike most hotels that repeat the food each week we had a different choice of meals over the 2 weeks. The restaurant does get very busy but this is no different to any large hotel.
The hotel bar also gets busy and there does appear to be a shortage of staff on a regular basis but the drinks are reasonably priced and are cheaper than most of the bars in the resort.
The pool area is nice but as with most hotels you have to get there early to get a sunbed in a decent spot.
Overall this is an excellent hotel and we would highly recommend it for anyone staying in Las Americas.

the 4 star half board noelia sur experience as a independent traveller normally, left me stressed to the point of waking up each day leaving for the beach, eating breakfast on route, returning to shower and change, and leaving to eat dinner in the resort.

the food at the noelia was basic cheap uneventfull rubbish, the ambience in the restaurant was manic!!!

i felt like i was on holiday with people who had no manners or social etiquete and did not wish to join the sunbed gang.

thank you to the civialised quality restaurants within the resort, and it was fantastic the sun shone.

the plus points for the noelia sur were its cleanliness,rooms,staff

if you must stay at the noelia sur book room only and eat out visting the beaches within the resort which are good and very busy, but you can always find a quiter spot at the waters edge.
