Have just returned from a weeks half board at the this Hotel and have got to say there is nothing that we could complain about, the staff and Hotel were excellent. The rooms were really spacious and comfortable, would recommend this Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable Hotel in a central position.

Room Tip: The rooms around the pool look really good and seem to get the sun in the morning.

I can only compare this hotel to ryanair apart from it was not cheap for us. It serves a purpose, but if you want any creature comforts you have to pay extra. Throughout the week I noticed other guests feeling the same way. For example:

- Pay extra if you want a room with a sofa;
- Pay extra if you want a fridge;
- Pay extra if you want to use the safe;
- Pay extra if you would like to see the pool;
- Pay extra if you want a sunny balcony;

Throughout the hotel there are posters supporting this. In the lifts, reception, etc.

We stayed in Noelia Sur for our honeymoon over New Year. We booked direct with the hotel and was assured that everything would be done to make our stay as special as possible. Unfortunately, the hotel failed to deliver upon this promise, and we did not even receive a "congratulations" note from the hotel staff on arrival.

The standard rooms are basic and clean. The food is good with a selection to suit all taste.

We had the following problems in our room:

- Strong smell from the toilet;
- Water failed to drain away from the shower ( very slow ) at one stage we were not sure whether we were having a bath or shower as the water built up to our knees.
- Shower screen did not make contact with the bath so everytime we had a shower the floor got very wet;
- Poor Toilet flush.
- No towel for bathroom floor.

As soon as we were aware of the above faults we reported them to the office, but despite a repair man coming our room only 1-4 were resolved. At the end of our stay I left a note in the hope the faults would be repaired prior to new guests arriving, but I never received confirmation of ackd so I cannot be sure.

I certainly would hope so as the hotel is very keen to take your money but lacks those special touches which make a holiday / honeymoon memorable.

It was our first time visiting Tenerife. We booked online through a vacation broker. Included in our trip was transportation from the airport on a bus with other guests from other hotels. While the bus was dropping people off, my partner and I were growing increasingly nervous because we were surprised by the shocking state of some of the other hotels we saw.

However our nervousness was premature because when we pulled up to our hotel we breathed a sigh of relief because the hotel is really well kept on the outside. It's modern with a beautiful glass lobby.

We were greeted by very friendly staff and advised there would be a short wait. While we were waiting the gentleman invited us to take a seat and offered a glass of Cava. We accepted.

We were shortly checked in and went up to our room. We had a beautiful view of the street and the mountains.

The rooms were beautifully clean with fresh linens and comfortable beds. We really appreciated the refrigerator because we like to go to the shop and get fresh baguettes and meat and cheese and beer in the room! The balcony's weren't very big but there's a table and chairs which came in handy when we'd sit out at night.

The hotel is located in a fantastic location with lots of restaurants and shops within 5 minute walking distance including a SPAR located right across the street. The beach is only another 2-3 minutes but the hotel has a pool and sunchairs which we used everyday. (Tip: if you don't have children and can appreciate a bit of peace and quiet I recommend using the roof as they have an unheated pool and lots of sun chairs. They even have a nudist area if you're into that.)

The restaurant was a little disappointing because sometimes there wasn't very much variety and felt a bit repetitive. The overall quality of the food was good though and really enjoyed dinner most nights. We paid extra for a deluxe upgrade which included a bottle of wine with dinner. I would absolutely not recommend anyone get the deluxe because we didn't use the gym, and the wine at dinner was weak. Just upgrade to the safe & refrigerator and choose your own wine at dinner if you like.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. The staff were lovely and very friendly. In fact, we met the Manager of the hotel who made it a point to be visible around the hotel and often asked us if we were enjoying our stay and asked if we needed anything. She was very good.

The only thing I'd change for next time is I'd only book Bed & Breakfast instead of Half Board. There are so many wonderful and inexpensive restaurants so close to the hotel, we felt obligated to eat at the hotel because it was included in our rate. We felt like we missed out on the other, better places.

This place is fantastic for couples that want some quiet, relaxing time away. Can’t wait to return!

Room Tip: If you can't get a room with a pool view, definitely request a room at the front of the hotel wi...

stayed here for xmas eve, new year eve till 4th jan 2013, a great variety of food for breakest & evening meals,be prepaired to dress for evening meals there is a dress code, on wich our tour opperater (thomas cook) did not inform us.rooms were really good try to get room 040 as we were pool view and easy access to nip over or pass over any beverages to our sun loungers. if any trips or you need to know where anything is ask a waiter/waitress, as the reception are a bit useless on information. whilst there visit the george pub for a relaxing night out, and the giddy goose for a perfect full english, when you get bored of hotel food and you fancy a change. also visit brewers droop sports bar the best lager in tennerife, take a bottle of champers to the beach new years eve for the spectaculor fire work display. book a trip on the muskat to see dolphins dont book with reps see the tour guy on the main road 35 euro each for a 4and half hour trip includes dinner and limitless drinks well worth the trip see photos, would definatly stay here again happy new year 2013.

Room Tip: book room 040 or lower floor pool view facing dinning room where the sun shines all day

Returned from a New Years break last week, have to agree with the reviewer regarding the food as a vegetarian the food selection was extremely limited and not very nice, as for the people with me who did eat meat they got the same meat 3-4 nights in a row. Staff in the restaurant and bars are lovely can't say the same about reception staff they were slow, unhelpful and at time extremely rude. Rooms are very nice, light, bright and airy.

Stayed from 21st to 28th December and on the whole enjoyed our holiday but unfortunately I cannot agree with any other reviews that the food is excellent! We found it to be lukewarm and totally unappetising so much so that we changed our evening meals to lunchtime which ended up being worse due to the lesser amount of people eating therefore the food was sitting in hot plates for longer. Not once, which is quite normal nowadays, did I see any member of staff test the temperature of the food with a thermometer. The allocated seating I felt was very restrictive and the tables are far too close together you are virtually sitting at a table with the people next to you. Whilst the reception staff were most friendly and helpful the same could not be said for the restaurant staff who very rarely cracked a smile and everything seemed a chore, we had an issue with them being able to find our bottle of wine which we had purchased the previous night which we eventually got after we had finished our main course and were made to feel like it was our fault that they could not find it. The bedrooms were faultless and spotlessly clean and whilst the reception and bar/lounge area again were spotless they are definately in need of an overhaul. Location very quiet and no problem with noise in the hotel other than the delightful gentleman who decided to sing all the way up the marble stairway from the first to the last floor at six am one morning, no fault of the hotels though. Would I stay again, I am afraid not due to the fact that we ate out 5 of the 7 nights of our stay and did not get value for money.
