“Great value for money”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 weeks ago

We recently stayed here for four nights and found the apartments to be great value for money. Our room on the 4th floor was clean and well-maintained. A great sea view was a bonus.

The complex is a short downhill walk to the beach in Las Americas with a couple of bars and restaurants close by, as well as small supermarkets.

We would definitely recommend these apartments.

I could set this review back to when we came bit we actually visited back in 2010!
Previously my friend and I had been to Turkey but it wasn't very safe for us.
Hotel was sercurish one morning at 5am we were in bed and heard men's voices! We came out of the bedroom to find 3 men in their 30s wearing turbans. Turns our their room was straight above ours and they had just made a mistake but their key card opened our door lol wasn't a huge problem as they were pretty funny and left so we could go back to sleep. Cafe bit next to the poor was great but the reps around the pool were annoying! When we were there pedro the security man chased a girl who had just arrived out of the pool! He scared her that much that she jumped over the 10ft wall into the grounds of the next hotel and broke her legs. Poor lassie, pedro did take life too seriously. Apart from that staff were lovy and room was clean.

It is what it is 3 Star accommodation.Small kitchen, but had everything you need. Sofa in living area was not very comfortable, however beds were. TV was free and had ITV,BBC,Sky news and a few other english speaking channels. WiFi was €28 for 2 weeks and worked on more than 1 device. Pool area was good always enough sun beds, pool, and sun beds cleaned every few days. Staff were great always smiling. 2 x supermarkets very close(50 meters). It is on a hill up from the beach area, so anyone with walking difficulties may need to rely on Taxis to get up the bank.
All in All a good holiday. Great location.

Room Tip: We had room 214. a 1 bed apartment. It overlooked the pool and the crazy golf. We also had a sea vie...

Stayed her for a week and arrived home yesterday, the hotel is a really good place to stay, great location and only 5 mins walk away from the beach and all the local amenities in las Americas.

The appartment was really big me and my friend both 20s where given a 6th floor room, the views were just to die for, most nights we sat and watched the sunset with a couple drinks to take it all in, the view never got old!. The Bedrooms, living rooms were large too they were spotless and the the cleaners were around most days to clear the rooms, we both actually had to say no a few times because it was still spotless from the day before.

the rooms catered for everything we had microwave, kettle and hobs for cooking, fridge freezer and even had a television which is free to use with British channels.

the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful, they couldn't have done enough for us, especially when arranging excursions.
We where self catering this time in Tenerife as much as we had dinner in the room some nights there was a decent restaurant a minutes walk around the corner called playboy, the food was so good, and the staff was so helpful every time we went in and they couldn't have been any nicer. we ate here 4 times mainly takeaways but for me and my friend it never cost more than 20 euros for large portions inc drinks.

The only fault with the hotel is that it was full of older folk i don't know what its like in the summer but at this time of year it might not be recommended for young people, as much as we didn't make much noise and our music was never too loud no one complained, which was a bonus but otherwise a very nice hotel.

Room Tip: 6th Floor - All have sea views

Just returned from here today.. I stayed here for a wee with a friend both in our 20s. Another friend who worked out in tenerife for the summer advised me this was the sister hotel too the one in which he stayed in and said it was good!
Rooms were big having desperate rooms for kitchen living room and bedroom.. TV in the living room was free of charge (when staying in another hotel 7 weeks ago down the road it charged us 1 euro for 27 minutes and had only a few channels)
Rooms were tidy and cleaners were knocking every day too clean and they were soo polite and nice!
Location is good near enough too things but also far away enough from the noise if that makes sence? 5 min walk too the strip and beach!
I was self catering but there is many places too eat near by.. I'd recommend playboy, service and good is spot on and it's not expensive.. Ate here 4 times in the week! The Chinese and the American food places were rank! After the Chinese both me and my friend were ill and the American chicken place gave us the wrong order after repeating we wanted boneless chicken..

I'm not sure this place is for younger people, was mostly older people and couples at this hotel but I still had a ball, had music low on at night getting ready and no one complained about noise!

I wasn't very keen on leaving any valuables in the hotel due too staying in las pirimides 7 weeks ago and money going missing after making friends with the bar staff .. But nothing went missing! staff were lovely couldn't be anymore helpful!

If you are staying in this hotel is recommend a room on the 6th floor the view is something else!

I visited here with my partner and I have to say I was slightly concerned from reading some bad reviews. Please don't listen. I cannot fault this hotel from the moment we got there until the moment we left.
We arrived very late at night and went to our room and settled in then went to find supplies for the morning. Which we were delighted to find a 24 hour shop right next door! The safe needs a deposit of €15 but well worth getting.
Our apartment was perfectly clean and the cleaners came round a few times to refresh sheets.
This is a perfect location! A 5 mins walk downhill to the main strip and beach which we visited every day.
Temperature for October was never below 25.
Amazing English fry up in the hotel most mornings served by the happiest waiter ive ever met!
Staff do struggle with their English so when booking excursions with them this is made slightly difficult.
Overall we had an amazing week and would definitely come back.
