“Great location, great value for money”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 days ago NEW

I stayed at these apartments at the beginning of August for a girls holiday. We wanted a hotel that was close to the nightlife, but quiet at night.. and thats just what we got.
When we arrived we were told we couldnt check in until 2.00pm, but in the mean time they gave us a free drink token which was nice! The hotel has good facilities, nice, clean pool, pool side showers and toilets a bar that does lunch/snacks (friendly staff) and mini golf (bit dated but still a nice touch). There was always sunbeds available around the pool and a friendly lifeguard. The pool and sunbeds were cleaned most mornings which was nice to see.
Our apartment were clean but basic.. as expected but was great for what we wanted. We had an amazing view from our balcony, looking over the sea and pool. At night a few people had there music on etc but when the security guard got there (about 11.00pm) he soon quietened them down.

The location of the hotel was great.. only 5 min walk to the strip, restaurants and beach. On the way were supermarkets with everything you need in it. When you come to the bottom of the road turn right for restaurants and left for the strip. When I read about veronicas strip before I came alot of the websites said alot of people start at a place called Staro's then go to veronicas. Most of Starco's has shut down now so dont go there! What we found was that the veronicas strip didnt get busy until 12.30-1.00am ish.. so we drank at the hotel before we went out then headed to veronicas strip. People then tend to head to a place called Tramps/Rags across the road unitl early morning.
Recommend going to the water park 10 min walk from hotel Siam Park.. very good! You can get the tickets from the hotel reception.
Overall, I think this hotel was great value for money and pleased we chose this hotel!

We've just returned from a week at these apartments and really enjoyed our stay. The views from the balconies were excellent, the pool was lively yet relaxing, and there was never a problem finding a sun bed or umbrella. The location of the hotel was great, it was only a short walk down to restaurants and bars and a 10 minute walk across to Siam Park, which you can see from the hotel. Only negatives were some of the noise levels in the middle of the night, (making some nights rather sleepless!) the very dodgy wifi connection and some of the staff members. The bar/shop staff and the lifeguard always seemed friendly and happy to help out, but some of the reception desk staff don't appear to be enjoying their role at the hotel and were quite rude and uninviting at times.

We just came back from here two days ago,it was brilliant..apartment was very clean, not a single cockroach seen..the kids loved this hotel, the pool wasn't too crowded, plenty of free sunbeds, tennis, mini golf, table tennis,pool..what more could they want..also they loved the pool bar,we had breakfast there a few times..the fact that there was music playing was great..tables in the shade to have a drink when i got too hot..a lifeguard throughout the day and a security guard was always there at night..there was no trouble,a good place for young children and adults alike..staff were always helpful, friendly and polite and we are already looking into going back there,no complaints whatsoever..

Room Tip: We were on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool,it was an amazing view,it was spacious and sunny. We c...

Stayed here in the middle of July with my friend, both 18 year old girls.
Apartments were spacious, basic but what we expected really. People on other reviews mention loads of bugs and cockroaches but we didn't even see one!

Always lots of people by the pool but always sunbeds available. Music could have been louder but the songs were great!
It is definitely an 18-30 hotel. Wouldn't recommend it for families due to noise at night (take ear plugs!) and round the pool. Unfortunately we arrived at a time when there was a group of 25 lads on a stag weekend who were very rowdy and always wanted to chat - never let us sunbathe! But I suppose it depends who is there when you go but generally everyone was very friendly.

Staff were lovely - maids and lifeguard very smiley and the waiter was an angel!

Wi-Fi is 20 euros for a week - they told us this would only work on one device and it was 27 euros if we wanted two. However we only paid the 20 euros and found it worked on both our phones at the same time so don't fall for this!!

For good restaurants, walk out the hotel and down the road to the bottom until you get to the beach then turn right (left takes you to the strip where restaurants are more expensive) and walk along there - really nice restaurants with great deals: 3 courses for 8 euros!

Also definitley have a couple of drinks before you go out but if your tipsy when you go you can get drunk on the 5 euro drinks deals on the strip easily!

I'm struggling to find fault with this place !! .... If I had to I would say maybe be advisable to get a room as far from pool as possible as the bedroom was other side away from pool and there was a cafe opposite which was noisy first thing and late at night. But other than that we were very happy. Had fresh towels most days. Pool area was very clean and well kept. Nice friendly staff. Will Defo be happy to stay again !

We stayed in Aptos Caribe in late February for a week. Good size apartment with basic facilities. Cleaned daily. Little bit worn out decor but otherwise just fine. We tried the breakfast once, it was ok, but decided to cook our own other mornings. Good location close to the beach. Keep in mind that you need to pay extra for everything; wifi (which was poor by the way), safetybox, tv...

Unfortunately we had very noisy neighbours, didn't matter if it was night or day, this group of young men was very drunk and loud. The soundproofing is very poor, you can hear even normal talking through the wall, not mention group of guys returning from a bar in the middle of the night for an after party. Take earplugs with you just in case. Thankfully the group left after couple of nights... In general, there were mainly families and couples and it was peaceful, but after reading the reviews it seems the be 18-30 hotel during summer season.

Room Tip: Request/book upper floor for sea view

Stayed at the Caribe 8-15th July. My friends and I were pleased and pleasantly surprised by our stay as it did exceed our expectations, but you do get what you pay for. We found the Caribe in an 18-30 hotels brochure and being 19 we thought this hotel was right for us, however we were confused when there were lots of small children around the pool in the daytime and when we were told on several occasions to keep the noise down after around 11pm when we were simply sat outside on our balcony and several other parties around us were being 10 times as loud. Cleaners and pool bar staff were pleasant and those on front desk were generally happy to help but there was one man in particular who was rather grumpy and very unwelcoming when we first arrived looking to check in. The food and drinks at the pool bar were excellent value for money (would also recommend the Playboy restaurant just next to the hotel - delicious food and pleasant staff!!). Rooms were kept very clean and were reasonably sized with good wardrobe space. There is a safe in the wardrobe which we chose to rent for the week for €15 (we weren't told this at first and did have some problems working it but would recommend this). Excellent location, supermarket next to the hotel, less than a 5 minute walk to bars and restaurants and the strip (would also recommend Golden Dragon Chinese Restaurant which is around the corner - €7 for all you can eat buffet was excellent value for money!) Would recommend a day out to Siam Park which is literally a 5 minute walk from the hotel and an excellent day out regardless of the kind of holiday you're on (friends, family, couples, etc.) We bought our tickets at the hotel reception for €34 which is the same as the gate price but supposedly avoids queuing for a long time. Overall, a pleasant stay at the Caribe but you do get what you pay for, would recommend!
