it does exactly what it says on the tin ! cheap clean cheerful apartments with helpful reception staff - i'd recommend these to anyone on a budget - my room was a one bed apartment, a bit 80's in furniture style,kitchen had everything i neeeded ( kettle ) spotlessly clean and cleaned every day during my four day stay, excellent location being a five minute walk from the hustle and bustle of veronicas but far enough away to be quiet enough to get some decent sleep.

didn't see one cockroach ( erm hello its tenerife its riddled with them ) or one broken sunbed ( tried six different ones over four days) clientele were mainly pensioners (what did i expect out of season? ) and the musak tended to reflect this, -not a problem as i just plugged the ipod in.

Can't wait to go back and will certainly book these apartments again !

Kitchen contained fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and double hob with pots and pans etc supplied. you really do get what you pay for. This hotel had an excellent location.

stayed on the 7th floor over xmas, great weather and location, our apartment was very clean, everything we needed. 5 mins walk to the beach, stacks of good bars and restaurants,all really well priced.a large beer was 1 euro in some bars,we visited karinas restaurant twice, food and service amazing, robbie kean lookalike- george does a great job in enticing people in, tried some sea fishing from the harbour at los cristianos, our party caught just one 12 kilo tuna in 4 hours but great fun our flights were with monarch from luton together with the apatment were good value

very basic accommodation. rooms were clean and are cleaned 5 days a week. have to pay for wifi (works on one device at a time). very small supermarket on site (but plenty more larger well stocked supermarkets close by). Didn't use the bar or dining facilities so cant comment on them. Kitchen contained fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and double hob with pots and pans etc supplied. you really do get what you pay for, old out-dated apartments in need of repair, good location to the beach and bars/restaurants, quiet area (at this time of year anyway!), on a slight elevation but this is expected of all accommodations off the beach front.
