We have just returned after a week at this hotel, and overall would say we had a great holiday.
The hotel is very spacious and lovely and clean, situated in a quiet area on the beach (beach is rubbish! small and very rocky with no access in to the sea - unless you can climb). More suited to those wanting to get away from it all and chill out rather than party the night away. A great place for families, my children loved the kids club and the swimming pools. Shops, restaurants, bars and other beach are easily reached by taxi, but would be a fair way to walk.
The restuarant at the hotel served buffet style meals and they were very good with a wide range of choices available. Although I think guests staying for any longer than a week would find it repetitve. There is a pool side snack bar open throughout the day time, which also seemed reasonable.
Rooms are large and cleaned on a daily basis, the only thing i would say is that they lacked storage space - so dont take too many clothes!
We did find the staff efficient and capable, but as mentioned in some other reviews perhaps not over friendly!
We didn't experience any problems and have no major complaints - go for it and enjoy!

I loved stayin at the costa adeje palace. It was the best hotel ive ever been on . Though my family didn't like it i thought it was amazin!
The location was great right by the sea. The best thing about the holiday was the food! There were soooo many diffrent kinds. When we stayed there ,there were pepole taking pictures of us when we were waittin to go in the restaurant. I really enjoed this holiday and would recomend it for families with teenagers!

We have just returned from a weeks stay at the H10 Costa Adeje Palace. While this is very nice hotel, with good sized rooms and a great pool area the staff were rude and the service we received was absolutely terrible. The staff ignored us most of the time, whether you were trying to get a drink at the bar or get some cutlery to eat breakfast! and when we did finally get to speak to someone about the problems we had with our room the reply was that it was not their problem! 4* property, 1* service.

From the outside the H10 Costa Adeje looks impressive and inviting and the front lobby area is big and spacious. However check-in time is painfully slow and the front of house staff seem to be unconcerned by this and the effect it can have on families with young children upon arrival after a long journey.
The furniture is a bit faded and the place in general feels as if it could do with a good spring clean and paint job.
The pool area is far too crowded at times - sunbeds are very close together leading to a cramped atmosphere. It felt as if the hotel was trying to maximise every square inch of space but ultimately this had a detrimental effect on people's ability to truly relax and enjoy themselves with a degree of comfort.
Restaurant food was good - wide variety each day and plenty to go round. Avoid the pool restaurant - food not very good and some of the waiting staff were very blase/offhand in terms of friendliness and customer service.
Rooms were spacious and clean.
Entertainment was varied - some good shows for children and some that were cringe-inducing for adults. Piano bar in the main lobby got very repetitive - same performer and playlist every night.
Check-out (like check-in) was again very slow and again the staff at the reception desk seemed unconcerned about delivery in this area.
Overall a decent hotel but not one that should continue to deserve 4 star status and prices. There are better hotels around the same area for similar prices.
