Good location Weather mixed but got a super tan Location is excellent for everything yoy need Beach is across the road but with the pound dropping against the euro things are getting expensive A bed on the beach is 5E per bed so not a cheap experience

Palm Beach maintains its standards and is clean and staff helpful Not particulalry quite around the pool and sad people still sit there from 830 havinggot through the door for their sunbeds when the sun didnt really come out till 10am

Lots of restaurants to pick and we tried a number of new ones Roma Ribs we went to a numberof times their cajun ribs and cookie in a skillet are to die for, La Pietra in Los Cristiano is a family italian restaurant which if you want a quality meal is worth going to They are wiling to cook anything for you even sending out for pizzas for the kids

In Los Cristiano in the harbour area is a fish restaurant and again well worth a trip We have been to Sugar and Spice over several years and again one worth trying especially for a 'romantic night' out Opposite Las Americas beach is a new restaurant La Opera - well worth a visit Wasnt to keen on the greek restaurant next door

This is a timeshare complex but we were not bothered at all by sales The location if great for all ages and is very clean Rentals are now available so if you want something a little more up market then this is worth considering

Weather in Tenerife over the years has changed and is not now guarenteed We had a few cloudy and windy days but we were out most nights sunbathing till 7pm and didnt need wolloey jumpers

We are just back from a first trip to Palm Beach. Fantastic in every way!!! The staff were so helpful from reception to pool staff to cleaning. The new arrangement with Little Itay taking on the catering - works so well. Prices are as UK but food is excellent and waiters superb!!!
We had 2 small grandchildren (and mum and dad) with us and they had a great time in the pool and by the beach - which is just across the road. Location was central but we very rarely strayed outside the complex because it was so good. The entertainement was mixed but we enjoyed the beatles night and the comedy show!!
Rooms were adequate but the one we stayed in had not at that point been refurbished. A programme is underway throughout the entire resort.. So it was a bit tired but very clean.
one small point was that we left on diferent flights and the resort would not allow the room to be kept on after 10.00am to let the kids have a snooze later in the afternoon pre flight. It seemed a shame as the reosrt was only 33% full and it could have been possible with a little more thought. £100 would have changed their mind!!!
Do not rent a car - the parking is expensive and cost us 50 euro for the week!
Having said that I have no compunction in recommending Palm Beach to any one.

This was our third trip to the Palm Beach Club and this time we stayed in a Studio as there was only two of us (room 619).

It was refurbished, with a great layout. Bed setee and single chair at the Balcony side of the room with a flat screen tv; privacy screen leading to the two single beds/double; small kitchenette with combi oven/microwave; decent sized bathroom with bath as well as shower.

Since our last visit, they have changed the restaurant downstairs and it is now in the Little Italy chain. Drinks/Food were more expensive than elsewhere in the resort. I can't comment on the quality though, as we only had a drink there and not a meal. The Sangria was €13 we had, and we had better in alternative bars for only €8.

Decent walks to be had, either by going left towards Los Christanos (2.5 miles) or right towards Fanabe (about 4 miles).

We ate out regularly at Puerto Colon, mainly at the Geordie Pride Bar, with its excellent home cooked food and fantastic prices... typical steak and chips at €5.50 with a beer at €1. We found that if you did look for it, you could still find good value for money.

A lot of the restaurants were quiet though, don't know if it was the time of year, or just the 'credit cruch'.

Overall fab holiday!!!

We were a party of nine who stayed at the Palm Beach Club over Easter. This was our first visit and we were pleasantly surprised. The staff were delightful, especially the life guard, cleaner and the guy on the keyboard at reception, in fact everyone seemed friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning soon, especially now XL Resorts have dropped the surcharge for timeshare swaps. Well Done Palm Beach Club.
