The hotel was quite scruffy to be honest.

The location wasnt great but there are plenty of taxis, but one night it might cost 3 euros to get to the beach then the next night it could be 7 euros. They make there prices up!

The reception area is adequate.

Getting to the rooms is awful if you have suitcases as there are 2 lots of stairs to get down and you dont get any help! we broke our cases drasgging them down these concrete stairs.

It is a very hilly hotel, not good for people with walking difficulites

We were self catering, so dont know much about the food, we always ate out!

The pool is actually quite nice, presentable, there is crazy golf aswell by the pool.

It is about 20 mins away from main life in tenerife!

Therer are lots of cats in the hotel and they are scabby and have scabby eyes. There breeding by the minutes too, there are kittens too.

Our toilet broke and so did the bed. they never got fixed!

We enjoyed our holiday though, it isnt the best hotel, but it will do.

The night entertainment was ok.

Me and my cousin stayed here last week (got a group discount for 2 of us) and it was better than we ever imagined.
We had a sea view and the travel agent only sold us a standard room so the upgrade was fantastic!!!
Me and my cousin me so many top scottish people, o many infact that we came home with a different accent!!
The staff are always friendly and the pool was a bit chilly but you could dive in it and everything without any trouble at all.
I totally reccoment you booking this hotel, although it will take me all of next year to save up to come here again.

this place looks nice but the reception staff are rude and ignore you if your not spannish
the cleanners do not clean the room only make up the beds every other day towels only changed once in one week the room was not clean when we got there
the swimming pool was colder than the sea
i would never stay in this place ever again
locals said it was on cardiac hill and they were right not for the faint hearted

my wife and i went to laguna park 2 last month,which was a last minute deal,we were told it was 3 star and close to the sea....on arrival we were told where our room was,so we got the key and off we went looking forward to a good nights sleep,10 mins later we arrived and opened the door to find it had not been cleaned,there was food in the microwave and the floor was filthy,next the bathroom..it was covered in damp and smelt of mould...i went to reception to complain,they said they were full,so we rang the emergency phone no and within 10 minutes we were moved to a different appartment..this was an improvement although still had a lot to be desired........but at 2 am we needed to sleep...we were told that its a 3 minute walk to the beach if your young,10 mins if you are elderly....20mins we walked it and got a taxi back,the staff at the reception were not very helpful and the poolside entertainment left a lot to be desired.i would not recommend anyone with health issues staying at these appartments as it is all steps and ramps....157 from the pool to reception.
