Don't book this hotel, it was awful! Service was the only thing that was Ok!
Rooms are in bad condition!
Cracks on the floor, when you take a shower the water reaches the bedroom!!! Toilets smells old, nightstand was broken so if u try to put something on it it will just slide down, its so so so old, felt like I was stuck in the 80`s!!!
If u want your vacation ruined than this is the hotel! This hotel ruined our hole vacation!
You could hear your neighbour's, you could literally hear everything! !!!
And dont let me get started with the cleaning lady! !!!!!! If she cleaned the room next to your room it was like WORLD WAR!!!!! 7.30 IN THE MORNING!!!!!! We had beeb woken up everydu by a irritating sound!!!! I've never ever ever complain! But I just dont want anyone to experience what have!!!! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL HOTEL!!!!

We stayed here for four nights and were delighted with the hotel. It is ideally located within easy reach of both Ls Cristianos and Costa Adeje. Good quality shops, restaurants and supermarkets are just at the front of the each is merely a stroll from the back of the pool area. The hotel decor is amazing with glass escalators and elevators and soft seating areas surrounded by water pools with the largest chandeliers I have ever seen. The pool area was lovely, very clean and with plenty of sun beds and parasols and day beds too. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and on arrival we were given a welcome glass of champagne. The breakfast buffet was very impressive and comprehensive and catered for all nationalities. Champagne was on offer each morning along with a variety of juices, teas and coffees,rolls, cheeses, cooked meats, salads, cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit, hot breakfast items and omelettes and pancakes made to order. You are able to use the facilities elsewhere in the Mare Nostrum resort and this is well worth doing as the choice is vast. The room was very spacious with the biggest bed I have ever slept in. The large bathroom hosted both a bath and a shower. Our room was on the front of the hotel and was a little noisy so request a pool view if wanting a quieter time. Safety deposit boxes were included in the room rate. A real classy hotel that really is worth a visit.

Booked my parents-in-law into this hotel for 8 nights on 13th January 2013. They arrived tired at approx 1am and on check-in were advised that they could upgrade their noisy room to a "quiet" room for an extra €105. They were bewildered, tired and agreed. Over the course of their week long holiday they heard the same thing being done several times to other people checking in. Absolutely disgraceful. Entertainment in hotel was very good. Big buffet breakfast which was good. Food at night time wasn't as good. Other than the upgrade scam which is inexcusable particularly when directed at OAP's, the hotel is nice and location is good.

Firstly all the positives of which there are many. Fantastic location, pool areas, staff, cleanliness, food choice, appearance. The hotel is spacious and very well kept and I will return. The only negative is that this hotel is advertised as part of a resort. In reality the only shared part is the pool at the Cleopatra as everything else you are charged a supplement for but only after you have used the restaurant. You aren't advised of this and infact when you ask staff they reel of 5 restaurants most of which are shut. There is a tiny sign at the entrance. Some waiters don't charge any supplement and others are very Arsey about it. It didn't ruin it as the positives far out way this however staff need to be consistent and it needs to be made clear exactly where you can eat, when and what you'll be charged!
