“Nice location...”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 8, 2013

I went with a couple of mates, the complex is a mix of apartments and villas, we stayed in a privately owned villa so we didn't need to check-in or have to use reception etc. The complex is in a good location, on one side is the beach on the other side is the road that has nice restaurants, shops and bars and it's about a 10 min walk away from the popular bars such as Veronica's and Lineker's. The pool area was very good, there's a couple of pools, it's all very clean and at the time of year we went there was no trouble getting a sun bed. There's a pub, shops and restaurants on site so you don't have to wander far if you want to just stay and chill. Our villa was pretty decent, stepped out of the door straight into the pool area and had our own little garden / yard area with sunbeds, table, chairs etc. I'd stay again....

I have stayed at these aprtments twice now and both times had brilliant holidays.
1st apartment was 2 bedroom overlooking gym area and was very large and peaceful with a massive baclcony!
2nd apartment was studio on the path that runs between parque santiago III and the next posh hotel (can't remember the name!) this was very peacful too and from the balcony we could see the sea one way and the mountains the other. We were not given this room at first but I was not happy with the location of the first room (overlooking the main road) so just went straught back to reception and they gave us a much nicer room.
These aprtments are in a fantastic location, one side onto the promenade and then the beach, the other side onto the main road which leads to all the restaurants and bars.
have recomended this hotel to familly and friends all of which have loved it too and been back again

We booked a 4 star holiday with Thomas Cook, when we arrived we realised this was only a 3 star. Rooms were clean but sparse and a little dated "nice pink bathroom suites". Day 2 we found put that our building was undergoing repairs so constant noise throughout the day so no chance of a siesta if you wanted one! To find your apartment you need a good map reader as the instructions from reception are not very clear. The area around the hotel was very nice but really expensive €4 a pint of local beer or €4.50 for a large coke! We used to walk to the beach in Los Christanos as it much much nicer 2 beds and brolly will set you back €12 a day. The restaurants in the safari centre were really nice especially the 2 Tai, Indian and the one next to the Mexican as it does a good range of steak and Italian dishes.

On the last day we contemplated keeping the room on but were told we had no chance, the courtesy room when I asked for it was in the other complex not far but you still expect it to be in your hotel complex.

Anyone booking with Thomas Cook good luck, the reps if you saw them were a joke, ours didn't turn up for the welcome meeting, we gave him 20 mins then left and never saw him again. We also booked a Thomas Cook package expecting the service to be the same standard as previously but was stuck on a budget airline!

Room Tip: Ask for pool and see view and maybe don't use Thomas Cook

Check in took about 40mins, rooms were small and didnt really have everthing you would expect a 4 star to have like iron ect, balcony was really big with deck chairs sun loungers table, pool area is really nice although i found it strange that it had a shopping center in it? and people could come and go as they please through your pool area not really private, location is great only 10min walk to centre or las americas loads of shops and resturants next to the hotel, i found the are of parque santiago III was much nicer than the centre of las americas, if you go out to the beach area turn left the beach there is much nicer and isnt black sand like the rest, over all had a nice stay would probably go back.

just returned from a weeks holiday in parque santiago 3 , check in was quick and simple although a little help to find our apartment would of been appreciated , we opened our balcony doors to a fantastic view of the pools ( couldnt of asked for better ) all staff were helpful and friendly , the apartments were cleaned every day with fresh towels and linen. there were always plenty of sunbed around the pool which was also cleaned every day . food and drink were nice but a little expensive . its worth having a little walk about to find better deals . we would recommend the aberdeen steak house close to the beach and a ten minute walk from apartments , food was beautiful and staff were lovely , and also recommed the brewers droop which is situated on ' the patch ' with live entertainment every evening and karaoke with the lovely andy p . all the staff here were lovely and cheap drinks meant a few hangovers during our stay ..looking forward to returning in september

The room we had was a 1 bed apartment which we booked a studio but i'm not complaining because it was quite a big room, the only problem we had was that it was pointing out to the street and we never had a good nights sleep, people were always doing something outside the place, one morning we woke up and there were workers doing the biggest noise they could with skips and everything outside!! It was a nice hotel and in a good location, bear in mind the prices of everything around the place is really EXPENSIVE, 1st night we payed £36 for 4 cocktails, 2nd night we walked 5 minutes down the road and had double the amount of cocktails for half the amount of money! The prices of food and drinks around the hotel is just too much.
Beware of the cleaners.. don't keep your money around the place anywhere!!.. one day we left some of our money in the ashtray in the room before going out, and we putted a sign on the door saying 'do not disturb' so that the cleaners didn't go in, we went out to get breakfast then came back to realise that they had been into our room to get the money from the ashtray and they had knocked the sign down to make it look like it had fallen, it makes me think.. how did they know that we were not in if it had a sign on the door saying 'do not disturb' and it goes to show that you cannot even trust the cleaners there.. make sure you get a safe, and don't leave anything left in the safe because you will never get it back!!
Tenerife is a brilliant and nice place, really enjoyed it but the hotel and the prices just shocked me and it has made me never want to go back again. There was only one helpful staff in the recepetion, she was a young girl and did as much to help us, the others just didn't even smile and made us feel very unwelcomed!

Room Tip: Your not allowed to pick a room yourself, but if you are try to get one pointing to the swimming poo...
