We arrived on 30th December 2010, on arrival the gates were locked. We had to ask people on street where a reception was to get to the apartments, luckily friend locals showed us where to go for sister hotel piramedes.
Was shown to rooms, there was a loud generator going off until the early hours, very loud!! and the corridors were dark not safe to walk on your own.
The next day sun was shining so all was good, went to the pool which was quiet, we then went for lunch leaving our towels and book at the pool. Someone stole it!!
We then went out that night for New Year and our room was robbed, was someone in the hotel as there was no forced entry and all the doors and windows were locked.

Hotel staff were very unhelpful and police weren't any better, apparantly it's happened on a number of occasions but nothing it done about it!!!

Best to avoid this hotel at all costs!!!!

Do not go here

Myself and my wife have just returned from the Parque Cattleya which is part of the Las Piramides but a lot more run down the rooms are old unclean you felt itchy in the beds and the furniture is covered in cigarette burns there are no night staff the corridors are dark as the lights dont work. it is a shambles.
then on the last day my the room was robbed it must have been the staff as there was no break in so a key was used my wifes Nintendo ds xl was stolen along with the charger it was in a bag in the wardrobe. we went to tell the reception and he said "what the problem you will have insurance" we reported it to the police and had to go to the station and the officer said "las paramides again" with a shake of the head.

1 night the couple in the next room were fighting all night with things being thrown and broke but no one came to sort out as there was no staff on duty

we have gone away 3 times a year for 17 years and this was by far the worst it was only a short break of 4 nights if it was longer I would have checked out and paid to go to another hotel after the robbery

We booked here for new year arriving on boxing day. When we arrived the gate where thr sign for hotel was locked. We had to ask a man in the restaraunt next door who took us to the reception fir neighbouring hotel, las pirimedes. Apparently this is where you check in. This was not advised when booking. At reception it took them a whike to realise we were checkin in for the sister hotel. A nice man showed us to our room. When we got there is looked nice. That feeling was shortlived! We had no electricity. As we had plans we just dumped our cases and informed reception about the electricity which they said they would turn on. On return we noticed marks on floor and dead cockroaches and a few live ones. Havin stayed in tenerife before we know you are likley to get cockroaches but it appeared after a few days the maids dont even sweep them up!!! And the marks on floor turned out to be squashed roaches. We were also self catering with no kettle or toaster!!! And we had no hangers. Our room was also next to a loud generator that was on from 8.10am til 2.30am. We went to reception to complain and there was already a que and a man shoutin at folk telling them not to stay. As we had family who live there, they found us new accomodatiin. We only stayed in the cattleya 3 nights

I stayed here last year and oh my god the room was terrible here is the list of faults
Beds had no springs and i went through the bed when i sat on it
We had 1 lightbulb working
Shower was broken
Was really dirty
Felt very unsafe walking back to the room at night
The only good point was that it was part of the piramides which has really nice rooms (well the ones that has just been done up)
I’M A REALLY EASY GOING PERSON BUT THIS PLACE TOOK THE MIK! IF YOU BOOK MAKE SURE YOU DON’T GET PUT IN THE BACK OF THE COMPLEX!! DEFINATLY DON’T TAKE KIDS TO THIS PLACE

Stayed here for a week in June 2006, we payed £219 for the week for a studio apartment and we could not fault it for the price!

Our towels were changed 5 days out of 7, the corridors constantly smelt of bleach and disinfectant, the bathroom was fairly new. The furniture in the room could be doing with being upgraded.

Parque cattleya is joint on to the las piramedes complex. Be warned its full of Club 18-30, it wasnt too bad when we went as it was the first week in June. But other guests said it can be fairly rowdy during July and August.

Excellent location near lots of restaurants and a 5 mintue walk from veronicas.

On site is a small supermarket, pool bar selling snacks during day and cafe which also does hot food.
