I booked the Tinache Apartments in Playa Del Ingles and on arrival found the room not only to be of a very poor standard, including no hot water, no cot, no blankets on arrival, a hugh hole in the outside wall where it was once a balcony and the hole was for drainage, cracked toilet inside full of passing material and a very noicy bf site that wasar two floors below that made any sleep impossible before 3/4am I was refuced a change of room and had to use my credit card to get another apartment. Two days later I returned to get photo evidence to add to my video evidence only to find the room had been re-let to two men. After much complaining we were offered a bungalow of site that was still of a poor standard. The room was booked through "ALPHAROOMS" and both alpharooms and the Tinache refused any compensation.
