After reading some reviews on this site, I was a bit hesitant of booking the hotel. Especially as we were going all inclusive. But when I got there I was more than happy to see nearly everyone in the hotel was all inclusive. We checked in about 12.30pm and were told all the information about meals times etc. Our room did not have a balcony, but we expected that as we booked a studio apartment. Many other guests who were in the same situation asked to be moved and the hotel staff were fine about moving them.
The drinks are local only (as you would expect) and their measures are huge. 3/4 vodka, 1/4 juice. This suited us just fine. The bar staff will only give you 2 drinks per person if there is only 2 of you's travelling and staying all inclusive. Probably to make sure you are not getting for other people who haven't paid.
The food was excellent. Chicken, steak, pork chops, pork stew, pasta, salad, ice cream, chips, potatoes, pizza, hot dogs... everything. The food in the hotel was better than food outside in restaurants.
The pool area was always busy and the sun later in the day moves to one side of the pool, so grab a bed up the deep end.
We booked all our excursions at the hotel and had no problem. The young blonde receptionist is very helpful and friendly.
Book transfers as it will cost about £50 in a taxi.
