Hotel near to beach, shops, buses. Everyone in hotel helpful & friendly, had problem with room safe & bathroom door, 2 maintenance people attended within one hour to sort safe & bathroom door was sorted same day. Good choice of food for breakfast, ate out at Mulligans every night which is the Irish pub at front of hotel, excellent food & service was the best we have had in along while especially Antonio who went out of his way to recommend meals. Will be going back again in October can't wait

just home from a week here. very clean, lovely pool, excellent hard working team behind bars, entertainment and dining room. food good even though some odd dishes there was always ample choice and yummy ice creams!! nice clean room, bar and entertainment area very good. we were all inclusive and it was great to have entertainment up till abt 11 rather than none. the hotel also hosted a st Patricks day parade etc and that was very well done and attended by not only irish but people from all nationalities.
I would definitely stay there again. we could walk to the beach easily, walk to shops easily and the Jambo centre was onl £3 by cab - well worth it.

Just back from another great week at Green Field All inclusive. We had emailed ahead and requested our favourite room, which was ready and waiting for us.
The food had always been more than satisfactory, but we found that the choice and content had improved since the last two times.
Busiest time in the restaurant was breakfast. Tip.. Hold back until 09:00 before attempting breakfast. Anytime before that, it is heaving, with people aimlessly walking around with plates of food and coffees looking for a table! After 09:00 is fine.
Other mealtimes were no problem.
The weather was cloudy for the first two days, & then wall to wall sunshine, with the occasional gusts of wind.
We noticed that there were a lot more guests from the UK this year, as well as the "regulars".
The animation girls were great and worked extremely hard in ensuring that those who wanted to take part in activities, enjoyed themselves. If you didn't want to join in, there was no pressure.
As a negative, the poolside bar staff prevented me in providing 5 stars. There was no interaction, no smiles, and sometimes it appeared that asking for a water was too much trouble for them. Just my observation!
Overall, a great stay & no doubt we will be returning next winter.

Hi to all of the people that we met out there.

Regards

J,T & R

Would have wrote this review sooner, but couldn't find the hotel name in search engine until now.
We stayed at this hotel middle of September 2013, as a couple for one week.
Weather Was windy but very hot.

checked in no problems, staff very friendly and helpful.
walked into room, level 2, we had very modern bathroom, good powerful shower and clean, lots of space and towels.
small kitchen and sick area, for those who were self catering,
bedroom was good size, good comfortable beds, lots of space for things, wardrobe and tables, TV was good and lots of channels, and a sofa bed with table. all extremely clean.
good size balcony with table and chairs and a rail to hang wet clothes.

rooms were always cleaned and tided, and fresh sheets and towels. maids were always smiling and very friendly. nothing went missing and rooms always re locked.

i really liked the layout of the hotel and the little things it had, like the seating area and chairs in the center of the hotel, the little bridge with the pond with turtle and fish inside, to the swimming pool. the entrance of the hotel and the pool bar.

the poolside area and bar was always very clean and lots of beds and chairs were available. it had a Jacuzzi area in the pool, and was big enough to swim in busy times.
day staff always had entertainment and pool games which we joined in and were fun, staff great sense of humor and fun.
always had a relaxing time by the pool catching the sunshine. they play good music in the day.

we were all inclusive, from breakfast, lunch and dinner to soft drinks and alcoholic drinks, to snacks in the day and ice cream.. everything was amazing quality and very tasty, their tuna and pepper salad was amazing with fresh chicken or fish with potatoes or chips. all kinds of traditional Spanish foods and all the classic the Brits love. always enjoyed meal times, all hot dishes were cooked well. no complaints, staff very friendly and helpful. good dining area with lots of seats.

we loved the bar at night. what a great feature for this hotel, really classic English pub feel, amazing atmosphere, we made alot of friends and there is lots to do, outside seating, bar area, pool tables and evening entertainment, to be fair was always good.. parrot show, wild bird show, where you get to have photos and touch the animals, dance shows, bingo and drinking games. very fun team and bar staff very fast at getting your drinks. always good to start with before going out to a club.
and if your in your room you dont hear any noise.

The only downfall was our room was next to the lift and we did hear a fair bit of noise from some German men at night or girls laughing as they come home very early hours of the morning.

very close to nightlife and shops and a small little market is right outside the hotel on evenings. quite area no problems.
had a great stay would stay again.

This was a reasonable hotel but was rather crowded and distinctly non-British with a strong Scandinavian and German feel. The food was a very large-choice and generally very tasty buffet but a bit school canteen, crowded with people who didn't know what language to say sorry in!
The pool was large and clean but the towels appeared on the sunbeds remarkably early. Clearly some folk (full board??) never left the poolside except for meals, never entered the pool and just slept, tanned and ate. This was very clear from the average size of the clientele.
There were several minor niggles with room - key card, TV, room unmade up one day but overall the value was good and the staff friendly.
