We go on holiday 3 times a year because we always have such a lovely welcoming time we simply can't wait to go back, so we go back again and again and again.

The hotel makes it for us because everything is done to a super high standard. The maids come in everyday, the beds are made with fresh sheets everyday and the towels replaced everyday. We get the perfect room everytime because the management have grown to know us and our preferences, it's just great to have that personal touch. The rooms are all very clean and the hotel hasn't long had a complete refurb so it's a fabulous standard.

The staff are all very smart and a pleasure to chat to sometimes. They are always very polite and helpful.

The kidney shaped pool is gorgeous, so warm and lovely to swim in. There is a spa and pool bar and restaurant serving drinks and food all day long.

I spent five nights here, and perhaps I expected too much, but I was disappointed with the "hotel" as such. It is more a self-catering apartment, and it served its purpose as this. Furniture was basic and ulititarian, but the kitchenette was fairly well equipped. I hated the bedroom: the lighting was these fluorescent bulbs which gave off a cold bluish light. No bedside light for reading, and the head of the bed was under the window which was draughty and the floodlighting at the front of the hotel came in through the gaps in the curtains. It was chilly in the evening (no heating) and the bedsheets felt damp. The noise of screeching furniture, grumbling plumbing and outside traffic and music all added to my "Mr Meldrew" state of mind.

With the exchange rate as it is, I felt it worked out expensive for what it was.

On the positive side, I had a sunny balcony on the first floor (despite the fact I had requested a top floor room), and the hotel - I mean, aparthotel - is bang in the middle of all the nightlife, next door to the Yumbo and ten minutes from the Kasbah. Oh, and the man on the reception was friendly and polite.

gott to be honest we were admittidly on 3rd floor...but noise was not an issue at all!!!.
Have booked again for next year...£300 for 11 nights in june, flight, hotel the lot...cannot fault...and would not hesistate in recommending any of my friends to go here.
Seriously guys...cannot fualt...especialy the lovely girl on reception...so so friendly.

This hotel has a very good location next to the Yumbo. There are bus stops right outside and it is only 10 mins from the beach. The whole place was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpfull.

It is noisy. The structure seems to act like an amplifier for the noise from the traffic and people outside. Also the noise from the people in the apartment above and the bands in the Hard Rock three evenings a week. However, with the help of ear plugs from the nearby pharmacy, it didn't bother us after a couple of nights.

Overall, we were very pleased with this hotel
