Stayed at this hotel 18/6/14 to 23/6/14 I was really pleased with the hotel. Recently refurbished, very clean and rooms were cleaned daily, beds made and towels changed daily. The bathroom was great - beautiful shower with jet sprays really spacious shower and bathroom. Lift to each floor. Stayed half board and plenty to choose from. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool area was lovely, sunbeds comfy and great parasols, pool was clean and you could have a drink by the pool if you wanted. Air conditioning was free and TV's in each room with remote controls. Not far to get to beach and supermarket a few doors away, also restaurants were very close if you wanted a change. Security man was lovely and very helpful we had an early pick up and it was no trouble for him to make coffee at 3am in the morning, even helped with the suitcase - safe in room was cheap 20 euros per week and you got 5 euros back when you handed in the key. I would definitely go back again

Room Tip: This hotel is away from the strip and about 10 minutes walk to the beach

I booked this hotel through their own website and collected some of the benefits of that. The hotel was refurbished and this was week 2 of its reopening, I had a double room for single use. The room was a good size for 1 but would have been very small for 2. It was well turned out , I asked for quiet and for the end room on the second floor. nice and quite. mountain view over the car park of the adjacent building. Good sizes balcony with chairs. Effective air/con unit, Newly floored bathroom with multifunction shower. Very comfortable bed. Very little room storage for clothes and very little hanging space in an open rail with drawers. A wall mounted TV with English channels was well placed. There will be a room fridge in due course , Im told. I had stayed here before and this was a much better room. The half board option was average with a choice of evening meals, Some very plain . A variety of local dished would have been a huge improvement. I read the previous comments about the manager and I had this experience previously, But on this occasion he couldn't have been more helpful. The weather on this trip was great and the beach is a short walk away which is a blessing because it is a safe distance away from the louder , more drunken elements which filtered in through the week. I was quite satisfied that for me , this was a basic value for money stay.
Thanks as always to Igor , Hose on the bar and Nadia who I would love to see being more creative with her meals.

Room Tip: The rooms furthers from reception are the quieter ones as there is less road noise when coaches come...

turned up here at 3am with an 11 year old, to be told there was no room for us until 12.00pm., and i paid for an early check in so this would not happen, if it wasn`t for a lovely couple sharing there room with us we would have been sitting in reception for 9 hours.
eventually when we got our room, the air conditioning didn`t work and when it did get fixed it kept braking down every 2 days, we had booked half board but the first night we sat down for dinner we had a fork full and got up and left, it was totaly disgusting and ended up eating out every night, however the breakfast was really nice, the pool area was a bomb site and had broken steps into the pool which my daughter cut her foot on and the hotel couldn`t even supply a plaster, the staff were unhelpful and didn`t even smile or try and make you feel welcome, the only staff that did speak were the cleaners, would never recommend this place and hopefully no one makes the mistake coming here as we did. total dump!

Room Tip: just don`t make the mistake of going here!

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in August 2013. The hotel is nice looking for the outside and the reception area is clean and bright. However, the upstairs are dirty and dark. The rooms are very basic and need to be modernized. The bathrooms were unclean and I dreaded going for a shower.

The location of the hotel was perfect as it was a 5 minute walk to the beach. There are many restaurants and pubs nearby however the hotel is in a quiet area. I was half-board however the food was of terrible standard and I had to eat out every night.

The pool was tiny and again unclean.
One positive thing about the hotel was that the staff were helpful and friendly.
Would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely not be returning.

This is the worst hotel I have EVER stayed in. I don't even know how it is considered a hotel. The manager is a horrible, violent tempered individual who actually screamed at myself and my two friends for 'making too much noise' at around 9 o'clock - we were playing some music on our balcony! The shower was so dirty that we each wore flip flops every time we got in it. Brushing your teeth was a painful experience with the filthy water that came out of the tap, almost makes me feel sick thinking about it. I would rather sleep naked on the street than stay here again.. We were tempted because it was so cheap but we really did learn that you get what you pay for, and when you pay next to nothing, you literally get nothing for it.
