The attitude of the reception when booking in was excellent. I had asked for a high room and sea view as the holiday was a suprise for my wife's birthday.Both requests were given to us. The room was spotlessly clean and although quite small, it was adequate for what we required.The bathroom and shower was very nice and the double bed very comfortable. The air conditioning worked ok when the balcony door was shut. Towels were changed everyday and the room cleaned very well.The hotel was biased towards German tourists but we did,nt find this a problem. The entertainment was ok, just a pity people did'nt stay up to appreciate it. Plenty of sunbeds available and the indoor pool was excellent. I would definitely recommend the hotel to other tourists, and will probably return in the future.

Just returned from a week-long stay here with my boyfriend. We were there on a half-board basis but most other guests were on an All Inclusive basis. The hotel was full to capacity during our week's stay but didn't seem to have enough staff to deal with with guests' requests. The dining room was run with military precision and all waiting staff were efficient and curteous. The standard of food was good, although a bit "samey". The problem came at the bar. Waiting times for service were extremely long - often only one person manning the bar and queues in excess of 20 people wanting drinks at any one time. The other thing that "put me off" a little was the fact that we could not pay for our drinks at the bar and they had to be put on account and paid on checking-out. We went out for drinks most evenings due to the long waiting times.
The hotel was very well presented and our room, although a little on the small side, was clean. There are 2 pools - one at the front of the hotel and another (small one) higher up the hillside wiuth enough sunbeds and umbrellas available.

we arrived tired after a long journey to be told there was a problem with our room which was not true as we found out later they had over booked and we were not the only ones. They took us to another hotel for the night and picked us up at 11am the next morning by the time we had unpacked and got sorted half that day had gone. We were offered 2 days all inclusive but declined so was offered free drinks with our evening meal for 4 nights so we took that but when we tried to get wine and water we were told we had to use all inclusive, the wine was awful so we just had water. We have complained to our travel agents since we got home and awaiting there reply.
The hotel is quite nice and the breakfasts are good but the evening meals are poor not much choice they dont cater for the english taste.

We stayed in the hotel from the 18th till the 27th of September 2012. We really had a great time in this hotel, even while the most guests are a much older than we are. The first night we had a small room, because the hotel was overbooked. Next day we got a nice bigger room (109), with balcony and even a couch and flatscreen tv. Unfortunately the bathroom of this new room was less good than the other one. Shower temperature changes the whole time from cold to hot, so it wasn't a pleasure to take a shower. Also the toilet didn't flush well. The room is right above the place in the bar where the entertainment is, so you hear it very loud in the room.

The bar itself is good with great service. With all-incluse we could order drinks all over the day, even some alcoholic drinks. Most of the staff are nice and friendly, especially at the reception. Really liked the breakfast. The quality and variety of the lunch was less, as well as the dinner. Dinner had many of choices, but the quality was not that good. Otherwise, we loved the desserts with ice and many types of pie.

The hotel has a great location, in a quiet sidestreet. With a couple of minutes walking, you reach the nice beach of Santa Ponsa and a little further there are many of nice shops, restaurants, pubs and places to go out.

Even though there are some things which could be better, we would recommend this hotel for it's service, hospitality and quality.
