Very clean , which is at the top of my list, standard room size ok for 2 adults 2 kids .
Food was ok. Staff very nice .Pool too small, pool area too small, and if you want to sit round the pool best be up early as there gone by 8am
Small beach which is public aswell, entertainment is ok, kids stuff is very good.
Very good if you cycle I bought my bike there's a bike store with wash area if mtb bike

After such an excellent stay last September we are returning this September.
We found the staff and facilities lovely. The food was excellent. I can understand comments regarding sunbeds in July and August as the pool area is compact but I would suggest that the Tour Operator is at fault for not pointing this out. We never had a problem getting a sunbed when we were there.
We are really looking forward to our next visit. We can thoroughly recommend it to anyone who wants a nice relaxing holiday.

We spent 2 weeks here from 29th July - 12th August. Location is good for the airport with only a 25 minute transfer (By Taxi). The hotel itself is very bright and modern and very clean - Both the swimming pools are completely cleaned every morning. The staff work really hard and were all very pleasant and friendly. My 3 kids spent some time at the kids club and loved it, the animation team were all good fun and obvioulsly love kids. The mini disco and the entertainment in the evening are all good - the team put everything in to it and even if sometimes the content wasnt 100% their effort and energy was!! I would agree with some of the previous comments about the 2 bedroom suite not really being a 2 bedroom suite and more like a 1 bedroom with a couch bed and a Z bed for the 3 kids in the lounge area. The sunbeds can also be a problem but as we were happy in the shade for the 1st half of the day the ones we wanted were always available (As long as you are up by 7am). The worst part was seeing people going down to the pool at midnight to reserve sunloungers. I had made a promise to go down at 4am the night before we left and throw them all in the pool, but the all inclusive beer got the better of me. Overall a very good holiday and great weather at a very nice hotel/location. Would go back.

Just returned from our 2nd Holiday at this fantastic hotel. This year we stayed for longer than last year as we enjoyed it so much in 2013. There have been a few changes; not all cocktails included in the All Inclusive and there is no longer food served from the beach bar. Nevertheless, this did not detract from how excellent this hotel is.

I have read several reviews criticising the staff for being rude. I could not disagree more! They are very busy, all day, every day. They do not ignore guests, but they always serve with a smile and a thank you, something some guests should repay to the staff.

The sunbeds can be a little frustrating but I doubt this is any different at any other FAMILY hotel, the easy answer is do as others do and don't complain. The food is excellent and plenty of it.

The pools and beach are well maintained and never really too overcrowded. The animation team work hard to entertain and remain very pleasant even if you do not want to take part in the activities.

I would strongly recommend this hotel to any family wanting a trouble free holiday with the advantageous of All Inclusive, I would further advise to avoid the coach transfer, a Taxi costs about €40 each way and takes only 25 minutes, rather than than the 2 hrs on the coach.

Room Tip: 3rd floor is very good, rooms 300 to 311 do not overlook the stage, so quieter. 312 onwards overlook...

Hotel is very clean and modern. Rooms are clean but a bit cramped with 5 people in the room & not enough storage space ie shelves/draws.
Food was nice but never warm, we got to the restaurant early so never had to wait for a table.
Indoor bar was often left unattended during the day and the man working on the bar could be a bit rude!
Sunbeds were being reserved from the night before. Two days running we saw reserved beds not used all day!
The pool can get a bit rowdy, older children using inflatables on the slides! Several younger children were hurt but the life guards did nothing to stop it!

Our biggest complaint would be jet2 transfers, last drop off on arrival & first pick up on departure resulting in an early morning trip via magaluf! Bit tricky to explain some of the sights to 10 & 7 year olds.
In hindsight should of booked a taxi.

Overall a beautiful hotel, facilities don't cater for the amount of guests during peak time resulting in quite a stressful holiday at times!

Our family of four have just arrived back.

Good points are Barman Antonio and Carlos where very friendly and made us feel very welcome for our 10 night stay. Food is good however everything was warm rather than hot ? Perhaps with young children etc.. this might be the reason?
Drinks are good, most of the staff are friendly and seem to work very long hours, Hotel is clean.

Here are some of our issues.
On day of arrival our aircon was blowing hot air this took a day of harrassing reception to get fixed in the end i grabbed the maintenace guy and showed him the aircon was blowing out hot air.

The pool is to small for the amount of people peak season. Getting a sunbed was seriously beyond a joke:( People where placing towels on beds straight after their evening meal ! The area around the pool is way too small and one side of the surrounding pool area remains in the shade all day. We gave up trying the hustle for sunbeds at the Hotel towards the end of our holiday and went to the beach each day and hired beds. Considering we paid for all inclusive this was additional expenditure that really we shouldn't have had to pay and being at the beach meant we had to eat and drink their again at our cost. The man made beach was not exclusive to the Hotel for use and after a day of rain the man made beach was pretty much reclaimed back by mother nature...

The Hotel should offer some sort of alternative like vouchers for sun beds at the beach or reduce the amount of bookings to realistically cope with the volume of people staying there when at peak season but i'm sure they wouldnt consider the latter option.

i think by now you guessed we won't be back.

Visited beautiful Palma for the day love it so much we are considering a stay in Palma in the next Holiday.

Room Tip: Higher floors are closer to noisy aircon on roof. try to avoid a room any higher than floor 5

We went here with a two year old and one year old and had a great holiday. They only do Kids Club from 3 plus so can't comment on that. I can say that it's great though for families with small kids.
All inclusive- you always worry about how the food will be but it was incredible. Varied everyday and great for adults and kids. Delicious pasta, pizza, fish, chicken, salad and for the kids nuggets, burgers, chips, meatballs and veg etc. Dessert is fab! It's not ALL inclusive as such, for snacks and cocktails there is a few euros surcharge at the bar. You pay 3 Euros a day for the safe key and 15 Euros deposit for the pool towels so you do need quite a bit of cash if there's a few of you.
Rooms- the room are suites so you walk in to a lounge with a bathroom, bedroom and walk in wardrobe attached. So spacious and great balcony. Get a sea view! We were at the front and concerned it would be noisy but actually the kids could sleep. Can't fault the rooms!
Pool- the three pools are great. One indoors and two outside one for adults and one for kids. Amazing kids pool with four slides. They can paddle in the shallow water happily. Our two loved the pools. If you want a sunbed by the pool you need to get up from 5/6am as people put their towels on them despite signs saying no reserving beds.
Beach- So handy to have a small beach right here as the kids can make sandcastles. It is rocky in the sea so they need water shoes and it's quite seaweedy too.
Top tip - hire a car! If staying more than a week the buffet can become repetitive. You can go to nearby Palma Nova or better still Puerto Portals (try Wellies) for tea. Also it means you don't have to sit on the transfer for over an hour and can be there in 30 minutes.
