Some people have written very bad reports on this hotel but i really cant understand why. Its probably one of the cheapest hotels you will ever stay in and genuinely it has nothing wrong with it. For £100 including breakfast you really cant go wrong.

It has a great location too being right in the centre of the Salou.

The hotel itself is clean and tidy, the pool is always clean and hotel staff are very friendly. The hotel probably could do with a paint but its no biggy.

We stayed here for the week with a 9 month year old baby and found it great. The rooms are huge which is great if you have kids or are carrying baby stuff.

We stayed in room C-82 which is great if you have a Baby as you dont hear much noise from the club just round the side of the hotel.

I can understand that some rooms will be noisy but if your there for a good time and partying then this really isnt a problem as by the time you come in on from a night on the tiles the clubs will have shut anyway.

There are a few points which some people might not like

1/ Lifts are very small so a large Pushchair isnt ideal.
2/ Rooms are Cleaned before arrival but only once a week after that unless requested.
3/ Needs a lick of Paint and some TLC but this is mainly down to Guests not showing respect.
4/ You get what you pay for.
5/ If you have kids try and request a higher room to avoid Noise from Club( try and request a room Facing the Las Vegas Hotel or Round the Back of the Hotel(not facing Beach)

Breakfast was nice every morning and a Special Thank you to the breakfast Staff as there made the stay amazing.

Our son Jake loved the restaurant Manager who made a big fuss everytime we came down.

Thanks. Im sure we will be back.

Stayed here with my cousin early september, the apartments are large but basic, dated and not the cleanest. However as we were only away for 4 nights this was fine and the central location was a big bonus. These apartments are best suited to guests who want to go out and party till late and sleep in the day. They could be cleaner and need refurbishing but they're okay for what you pay.

Thankfully I visited this hotel as part of a stag do and had already read the reviews on Trip Advisor, so my expectations were already set low. I can safely say that it was as bad as I feared...

The good points: excellent location - only a few minutes from the beach, restaurants and bars and a supermarket next door. Reception staff were helpful when needed.

The bad points: to say the rooms are basic would be polite. Tired and run down, rubbish shower, dirty bathroom, kitchen with cupboard doors warped and hanging off, incredibly springy beds, incredibly uncomfortable sofa, and light sockets that were bordering on unsafe.

The nightclub next door didn't affect our party as we were out until late, so I can't comment on that. The pool area was fine, though a large portion was in the shade very early in the afternoon so it would have been cramped if the hotel had been busier.

If you are looking to party all night in Salou and sleep it off during the day in a shabby room, then this place is perfect. If you are anyone else, just don't go here. Pay a few Euros more and find somewhere decent.

Me and my 2 friends stayed here and to honest it was very basic and could do with a good clean.

When we arrived we were told we had the penthouse suite it was the top floor the door didnt lock which was a good start. We then founf out it only had 1 bed and a sofa bed so one of us had to sleep on the floor ??? They gave us free air con for the week but that wasnt really much help.

Overall not the best dont go there with kids or a family as this will not suit you at all if i were to go back to Salou i would definatly not stay here

Ive stopped at this hotel several times and havnt once had a bad holiday. Yes the hotel has a night club (Snoppys) on the ground floor and it stays open until 5am and the hotel snack bar plays their music loud but it is in Salou and not Eastbourne so you should expect some noise. The rooms are nice and big but are tired and could do with updated furniture, they are clean and linen and towells is changed once a week. The location is excellent with it been in the centre of salou and not on the edge of town, the lifts are small and old but 2nd class riding beats 1st class walking everytime, the higher floors 5 upwards are the best because the music isnt bad at night on the high floors because there are no buildings to bounce the music back. The staff are very friendly and helpful and can only assume they only respond to how the are spoken to. All in all its very good value for money because for roughly £200 a week you cant expect 5 star and if you do then be prepared to pay for it. I would say ideal for couples and families with older children.

Just got back from a week here and needed another week off work to catch up on sleep!
I'm 42 and went with my parents, in their 60's, and my nieces aged 10 and 6. As said in previous reviews, the apartments are in an excellent location, minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants etc but the hotel itself, never again!
The apartment was very basic, with little storage space for 5 people, a small kitchen area with a fridge stuck in the middle of it and a small, but clean bathroom. The room was cleaned and we had new towels daily so can't complain about that. We arrived in the afternoon so the girls wanted to go straight down to the pool, off we went to another disappointment, a pool that was a lot smaller than it looked in the brochure.
We settled down for an early night but didn't get one. The noise was horrendous! It wasn't the night club next door, we couldn't hear that, it was shouting, slamming doors, screaming until 6.30am and the flush running all night didn't help. If I was 20 years younger this wouldn't of bothered me as I would sleep all day on the beach but it's unacceptable when you have families staying there. This happened every night so we all went to bed with earplugs in, I don't think I got to sleep until 2am most nights.
We booked half board but the food was so basic we ended up eating out a few times, especially breakfast as we didn't wake up on time due to the lack of sleep. There was no entertainment, the bar was closed at all times and I felt quite intimidated with the gangs of males hanging around everywhere. There was also a distinct smell of marajuana coming from a few of the rooms. The one thing it has going for it is the staff. All friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough for you.
I have stayed in many places, even a small caravan in Greece and had a better holiday. So, if you are young, want to party all night and sleep all day this place is perfect for you. If you want a peaceful week away to catch up on rest.......go somewhere else!
