“So Clean...”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 21, 2013

Just returned from our stay in the Las Arenas, we requested a room on the 6th floor and that is what we got!! we were delighted with our room view was really lovely, sea view+mountain,+beach. We went half board but next time i think b+b would be more than enough not expensive to eat out and lots of choice.Pool area was very nice but could have done with a little snack bar...This hotel was spotless and cleaning staff were very helpful, please leave them a nice tip well deserved.... Would return to this hotel again...

Room Tip: Room 622 wonderful views, sun in the evening...nice and quiet.

We had a very pleasant holiday at this hotel. the staff were very helpful and very efficient and attended to any questions quickly and efficiently. The food in the restaurant was good quality with a good variety both for breakfasts and evening meals. There was always plenty of fresh fruit. The rooms were spotless as was the whole hotel. Very handy for Marina and bus service. We have been in this area but this is the first time in this hotel and we are very likely to return. No complaints whatsoever.

Room Tip: We had a room on the opposite to the pool which meant we got the sun in the evenings. We liked this...

We stayed at Las Arenas hotel from the 6th. to the 11th. May. In response to an e-mailed request for a quiet room we were assigned to 418. The room was spacious and clean and we had a lovely sideview of the Med. Unfortunately there was an unpleasant smell in the ensuite which we reported to reception the second day we were there. We were offered the opportunity of changing rooms or having someone see to the problem. We opted to stay in the room; they obviously added disinfectant which remedied the situation temporarily but soon the smell returned and remained the rest of our stay. Meals were excellent and we were spoilt for choice. The beach and bus stops nearby were a great asset. We would be happy to return to this hotel.

Room Tip: Choose a side room if you do not want to be disturbed by the traffic on the busy road in front of th...

We have just returned from this holiday and we found this hotel perfect. The rooms are clean and comfortable staff are friendly and nothing is to much trouble. Thomsons rep is ok but if she offers you VIP treatment at the airport when you go home dont take it. It just means that you have to wait until everyone else is onboard then you are seated were ever they put you.Which means you can be at one end of the aircraft while your partner is at the other end. However having said that she was a nice girl who went out of her way to help. Would return to this hotel because of its location and friendly staff.

Room Tip: We were on the fifth floor and didnt hear any noise.

We have just returned from another visit to Las Arenas and we were not disappointed. All staff try their best to ensure guests are comfortable throughout their stay.Food, was varied and plentiful with lot's of choice, surely something to tempt most tastes.Rooms and public areas are all spotless,no complaints whatsoever.Everyone we spoke to were of the same opinion and many were repeat visitors, some stay for a month or more at a time ,so standards must speak for themselves. If you are thinking of paying a visit I'm sure you won't be disappointed.Rooms overlooking the pool area don't get much sun but if the weather is really hot this won't be a bad thing. We hope to visit again soon. Thanks to all staff at Las Arenas.

Overall a good hotel in good location.Nothing exceptional as you would expect for the price. If you book with Thomson they drop you of at the nearest bus stop .Also collect from there.Transfer time is given as 30 mins but with their 40 min window for collection and pickups from other hotels can be up to 2 hours.probably worth booking your own taxi.Other operators appear to pick up from outside hotel.Food is good .Plenty of choice.Waiters super efficient.Staff all friendly and attentive.

Room Tip: high floor away from the road
