Possibly fine if you go all inclusive. We booked a bargain break - 15 euros to use gym or pool! 3 euros to use steam room! 3 euros to use poolside shower! Or- pay 59 euros per day to go all inclusive. This would bring the hotel into the budget of many nicer places.

Stayed here for 3 nights, 4 days. Not one member of staff was polite to us nor rushed around to help us with any requests. There is one bar in the hotel and only one bar tender so could be waiting anything up to 20 minutes to be served!! The food is absolutely disgusting in the palace but no one seemed to care when we mentioned it, until on checking out the receptionist mentioned we could of ate in any of the complex!! Bit late at that point!!! As for entrainment, I witnessed one game of bingo and one woman playing the keyboard, these were both on the Saturday, nothing happened any of the other 4 days I was there. Definitely won't be recommending this hotel to anyone and shall not be returning to Spain in a hurry!!!

what a great hotel. the location is perfect not too far away from the beach.. restaurants..or the motorway if you hire a car. The view from the balcony is amazing..one side mountains and the other the sea.

the rooms are spacious, clean, and well made. for the people like me who are more concerned about the bathroom than the room they'll be sleeping in..lol.. the bathrooms are very very good and sapcious..they are cleaned daily and layed out very nicely.

Overall, a great hotel and DEFINETLY moneys worth and would stay there when we'll return to malaga.

just returned from a holiday in the Holiday Palace, had a great holiday there. Rooms were lovely and clean, had a room looking out to the sea. Staff were very freindly and helpful at all times. The hill was no problem as a bus ran every 15mins, We used the local buses to get Torremolinos and Fuengirola which were very cheap (€1.30). The Beach Club is a the bottom of the hill and is brilliant for children, and for the adults you are on the beach but without the sand some view. I would definenly go back there again.

Nice modern hotel, good service, enjoyed by my wide and kid food on the all inclusive was good sometimes repetitive and lacked something superb if you know what I mean! But as far as if you want alcohol, drinks(soft), ice cream, burgers and chips all day it was brilliant! would suggest if you want a good holiday for a family come here! Brilliant for kids as there's kids clubs that my young one enjoyed, don't have to worry about them eating and drinking its all there on all inclusive would defiantly come back!!
