Für uns steht das Wohl der Gäste sehr wohl an erster Stelle. Dies betrifft aber das Wohlergehen aller Gäste und nicht nur Gästen, die meinen Sie stehen alleine im Mittelpunkt und alle anderen haben sich danach zu richten. Auch andere Gäste haben Rechte. Uns steht das Wohlergehen aller Gäste im Mittelpunkt unseres Handelns, dazu sind auch teilweise Kompromisse nötig und die Achtung untereinander.

Die Bewertungen von HRS, Hotel.de, Booking.de und andere sprechen eigentlich für sich.
