The good things is, this hotel is very close to the airport and there are great shops nearby if you want to get any last minute souvenirs. The staff would be glad to arrange for transportation if you want to go out to explore the streets and the souvenir shops around as the hotel is located quite deep in away from the main street.
Airport transfer and any pick up will have to be made with the hotel directly and verbally as they do not practice any auto-arrangement even though it is made available as mentioned in their website. Do not forget to ask how much as there is an extra cost involved.
Spa is just so-so. Very very simple and please do not expect anything fancy. To be even more honest, the spa and jacuzzi area is the one that really needs a new look and aroma and bright colors please. It looks like a dead walkway and the jacuzzi feels like its haunted. One things which I do not understand is, why is the hotel name is highlighting the spa as its star feature when it is really feels old and totally unattractive. This part, the management really need to look at it. The masseuse is also able to chit chat between one another while doing the job. Not really a private room for the spa/massage.
Room is ok. Door creaks very loudly each time. Bed was ok. Pillow is ok. Lighting quite dingy. Please check the locks when you enter the room. May not work in the keyhole.
Overall, do not expect a 3 star, 4 star or 5 star on this hotel or even the spa.

We booked the hotel as it was close to the airport so a good way to finish our trip. As it was a spa, we expected it to be relaxing and clean. Oh how wrong we were. The rooms were dirty when we arrived and the receptionist didnt seem too helpful as well. Not the best start. We relaxed by the pool which was nice and clean and then decided to head to the restaurant for dinner. We ordered quite simple food (pizza, hamburger) and had to wait over and hour and a half. When the food finally arrived it was of a very low standard and we couldnt help but feel ripped off. We did complain over the poor service and were given free breakfast but the whole experience left a bad taste in the mouth!

Just an ordinary hotel. Good location, close to Airport and not that far from Kuta. Worth for the price.Service not too good but a friendly, quiet visitors, clean. We visited Waterbom Bali is located not far from there. Comfortable for sleeping, eating better outside than in hotel

Booked a night here to be close to the airport as our flights were arriving at separate times. It is incredibly close to airport and pickup during the day is free which is a good service, however after 10pm they charge us $10, and seeming as many flights get in after 10 the "free service" isn't all that useful. The room was small and dark and nothing like the advertised photos, but nothing too bad. The pools were beautiful, however we didn't swim in either. For $50 a night it would have been nice to have breakfast included. The whole experience wasn't too bad until sitting alone outside my room at night and I was talked to suggestively by one of the male staff, which made me incredibly uncomfortable. It was highly unprofessional and made me feel incredibly unsafe as he knew i was a female by myself. I couldn't wait to leave after that!! Feeling very restless I went with the driver to pick up my boyfriend (for our $10 pickup) but it turned out the driver was also going to pick someone up- on a much later flight, and we were expected to wait around. It was after midnight by this point so we ended up getting a taxi back- for $5.
Overall very disappointing and a bad experience. Wouldn't stay here again.

We called them when nobody was waiting for us at the airport, and they said they don't have pick up service, although they really have it (it is included in the booking conditions and we saw it later in the hotel)

The first room was dirty, including an used underwear hanging on a door. When we told them they said the hotel was fully booked and can't changed the room, one minute later a free room appeared.

The second room was more clean, but half of the lights didn't work.

The breakfast was very poor.

We had a second booked night 2 weeks later, of course we had canceled it

We stayed at this hotel for one night only. We arrived in Bali around 9pm and were flying to Labuan Bajo early the next morning so wanted to be close to the airport. We were a group of around 6 people arriving separately. My friend and I were picked up from the airport and they transported our group back the next morning in their own mini bus.

Although we arrived after the restaurant had technically closed they reopened it for us. Food was Balinese interpretation of western dishes but that's to be expected in an Asian country. It was convenient for us to eat at the hotel rather than find somewhere else cheaper. It wasn't over-priced.

Our room had twin beds. Although not a large room, it was very clean and tidy decorated in modern Asian style. Had a fantastic night's sleep. No noise that disturbed me and I'm generally a light sleeper. Air conditioning worked a treat.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

I didn't use the pool or any other facilities and we had to leave before the breakfast buffet had opened.

Two of our travelling party liked the hotel so much that they decided to go back after our dive trip to Komodo. We had already booked somewhere else otherwise we would have considered it too. Convenient to the airport and the likes of Kuta Beach.
