“Stayed in Toronto for a wedding”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 27, 2013 via mobile

We stayed from Thurs to Sat for a wedding. Our room was ready when we arrived check in was a breeze. The staff is very friendly and helpful. All of the family was put on the same floor which was great. We needed suggestions for something to do that Thursday night and the front desk was so engaging and gave us great ideas. The bed was comfy. The only problem was I stayed my shower head was broke in the bathroom. They should really keep up with repairs. Breakfast is not included and the cafe is expensive. I brought a little tuna wrap for 7 dollars and it want that great. They sell starbucks coffee but I did notice that they had complimentary coffee hidden in the corner which tastes way better than starbucks. There are places close by to eat even in walking distance.

We were sorely disappointed as we have been to Residence inn nearby with a nice kitchen, and free decent breakfast yet, the price of stay is practically the same. The only plus is their rooms have two queen beds for bigger families whereas the inn has mostly king sized beds and sofa. Would not come back.

my daughter and I were looking for a reasonable hotel near the Rexall centre to watch the rogers cup and we booked this hotel through Priceline and couldn't have been more pleased. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We just loved it. We have stayed at a courtyards a couple times now and I would go out of my way to book one again instead of taking any chances at another hotel.

Very pleasant and clean suites. Cutlery and rooms in good order. We were upgraded to a 2bed suite as there were a lot of youngsters at the time of booking, but they were well behaved. Breakfast (included)was surprisingly good with bacon eggs et al and not the usual muffin and coffee.Very close to banquet halls and excellent for an overnight stay.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times in the past. The last was several years ago when we had a very bad experience where our reservation was messed up and resulted in us having to relocate to another hotel. This was for my daughters birthday so needless to say we were not happy. We have not stayed since due to this.

Check in was quick however lacked in the "friendly" area. We did not have a reservation as we stayed unexpectedly. Lady checking us in advised of breakfast hours. When we asked if the breakfast was complimentary we were told it was a la carte. Again asked if it was complimentary and we were spoken to like we were idiots and told that we would have to pay for what we ordered.

We checked in late - around 9 pm and had to leave early in the am so we did not have much of an experience. It was simply the check in that left a bad taste in our mouth and with many other options in the area we would not return.

Stayed here for two nights while visiting Toronto. Close to Vaughan Mills Mall. Easy to find off the 401. Lots of places to eat nearby as well as Walmart. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub were nice. Refrigerator in room was convenient.
