I stay at this hotel frequently and ALWAYS receive excedptional service, and value! The property is well maintained, rooms are always clean. Very easy access, close to many places to grab a bite to eat. Customer service is outstanding, especially Jonathan is always very helpful and courteous. The ONLY critique I would appreciate improvement in is better Wi-Fi in the rooms.

I like this hotel because the people are friendly and helpful but they could use some updating. The rooms are nice and clean, but the matresses are noticably older and not all that comforatable. The AC is loud and the mini fridge runs kind of loud. All of these things are just update items and if they could fix those up the Ashmore would be excellent because they are a nice hotel with a great price.

My stay at the Ashmore was great. Check-in was easy and professional. The outside of the building was clean and neat in appearance. the lobby was well lit and comfortable. The business center, workout facility is centrally located with 24 access via your room key. The pool area was clean. I did not get into the pool so I am not sure if the water was cold or not. The pool was clean. The room was great. The bed sheets was actually clean for real. The comforter was dust free not like at some hotel I have stayed at in the past. The furniture was kind of old but clean. The refrigerator in the room was a plus but needed to be pulled out further from underneath the shelf to get rid of surface dust. Inside the frig was very clean, I used it every day. Microwave was clean inside and out. The only complaint I have is the coffee pot and the associated condiments was in the bathroom next to the sink. I recommend the hotel purchase a small table or find away to add it to the desk in the room. The bathroom was very clean which is very important to me. House cleaning was timely and considerate. Once the room was clean a supervisor would follow behind the person who cleaned the room to ensure everything was completed properly. I thought that showed commitment by the hotel. that is probably why the rooms are cleaned so well. Over all I really thought I got what I paid for and a little more. I stayed there for only two day but I would have no problem staying there for a family vacation of one or two weeks. Wal-Mart is almost in the same parking lot as the hotel. Lots of place to eat within 1 or 2 minute of walking from the hotel.

Our room was located in an entirely separate building from the main lobby area, and the card reader seldom worked to enter the bldg. The products in the room were very poor quality, i.e. cardboard-like tissue and toilet paper. The water in the shower would range from scalding to ice cold. Both nights we were awakened in the night by noisy guests. The air conditioner didn't work, making the room very uncomfortable. The breakfast was less than appealing - egg "discs" that looked more like wax or plastic than eggs, bacon limp sitting in a pool of grease, very dry muffins and pastries, microwave was missing the turntable rendering it useless. This hotel is grossly overpriced for the poor quality.
