“First time, pretty good”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 23, 2013

Have been going to Kemah a long time and finally tried this place 6/22/13 5:30pm. We were quickly greeted by host and manager and scuried to our table. Service was good, drinks came out fast. We ordered raw oysters that were pretty good. I drank a million diet cokes and the waiter kept them coming. I did order the broiled shrimp which we ok and a side of fried oysters also just ok. We used our Landry's card so that was nice. Though we sat inside, they do have a nice outdoor area right there on the channel. We will probably try this place again when Landry's has its hour+ wait.

“Kemah Icon”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 4, 2013

We pick the Dutchman a lot . There are a lot of restaurants in Kemah to choose from. The food is generally good and the service has also been good for us .The restaurant has outdoor seating and is also close to a childrens play area, so if you have kids it is a good place to eat and watch your kids on the play structure. The location is also close to shops and the water fountains.

“Great service & delicious food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 27, 2013

The food was delicious and the servings were hearty. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. Our daughter especially enjoyed our corner deck seating where she could amuse herself with the abundance of mullet & catfish being fed.

“Great food and drinks”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 23, 2013

Wife and I shared the ceviche and the broiled seafood entrée. She also had a cocktail and had good things to say about it. The restaurant is in a nice location looking out on the bay at the boardwalk which makes for great views while dining. Would go back here for sure.

“Food tasted a bit fishy”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed May 21, 2013

We live in a seafood town and are used to good seafood. Unfortunatly the food at the resturant was definetly sub standard. The staff was very friendly and helpful though. We may have just visited on a bad day
