Will not return to this motel. Unacceptable conditions:
Molded bath tub, tiles & shower curtain; broken bathroom faucet & shower rod; repeatedly shorted us on towels; pillows were dingy, old & worn out; only center of room was clean - outer edges filthy; waste baskets not emptied; missing luggage rest/rack in room; treadmill broken - inoperable; pool & hot tub so over-chlorinated, we couldn't even stay in the room much less get in water; noticed cart of clean towels in hallway had a bag filled with trash hanging off the cart-unsanitary.

obviously, this isn't the 4-5 star hotel that I am accumstomed to. But, I needed to be in that area; and, I think I could not have as well for the money. A great place to stay, with friendly, helpful staff.

Moldy dump! Hotel impossible would have a field day on this place. Stayed one night before a cruise and it was worse than sleeping in the car. I thought the previous reviews we just maybe some snobs that demand perfection. Average guy here with 2 boys don't stay here. Beds suck, internet sucks , staff sucks, breakfast is a joke, room smells, even the toilet paper sucks single ply, You can't even take a dump on this dump!!!! Pardon my expletives when it comes to describing this refugee camp! Oh cops were called in for clients fighting, not a safe place for average folks. 1 pillow per bed as well. If you decide to stay here after this review bring your own pillows, towels, earplugs, air freshener, coffee, and a gun. And deadbolt the door. Take the phone off the hook as well, our sleeping room was called at 1:30 am advising us there was a noise complaint on us!!! Must have not checked on the massive numbers of kids running around unsupervised!!! Fair warning !!! Stay away!!!

Was a bit skeptical after reading reviews, but arrived to a practically brand new hotel, nice workers, very clean room, I inspected all areas of room to find it spotless and pretty new. Granite in bathroom, perfectly folded towels etc. The entire first floor smelled like chlorine and clean. Would stay there again. A realtors point of view.

Room Tip: Stay on top level, very quiet.
