Although several previous reviewers did not enjoy the hotel, I found this hotel to be just fine, I've stayed at much, much worse. The hotel was clean, the indoor pool and jacuzzi were nice. The beds were comfortable. The only complaint I would have is that the continental breakfast was a bit lack-luster, especially since only 4-20 people staying in the hotel on night. Would stay here again, not nearly as bad as others have stated.

This is truly the worst chain hotel I have stayed at. I would be surprised Wyndham rewards would allow a property in such disrepair to be part of its conglomerate. My room, while large, smelled like dog/cat pee. Wafts of pot smoke (which isn't all bad), permeated the entire first floor. The wireless internet did not work. I was really amazed. Ramada Inns tend to be old, but this was really really nasty.

I feel ripped off! I booked my stay through the hotel front desk the day of my stay. We only stayed their because the rest of our party had been booked their. We paid full rack rate ($90.00 with taxes) and feel that it was barely worth $29. First the front desk help was not was friendly. The front desk put me on hold each time I called them. The entire hotel smelled of mold and mildew, mixed with just a dirty smell. We saw a floor fan in blowing in one hallway on the bottom floor but this smell was also prevelant on the 3rd floor. There were exit doors with no handles and card scanners that did not work. The elevator had missing rails and broken boards and leftover foam tape from where signs had been pulled off the walls. There were not emergency instructions, no inspection certificates, nothing in the elevator. The carpets throughout the hotel were discussing to say the least and badly needed cleaning and vacumning. The carpet in our room had not been vacumed. The curtains and bedspread had stains and smelled dirty. The bathroom while it looked cleaned was dingy and not appealing. The bathtub floor was stained. The window was missing the safety latch so the window opened all the way. The TV remote was missing it's back cover and the battery had to be held in place to operate it. We called the front desk and the maintenance came up to show us how to "roll the batteries" and hold them in to make it work. They did not offer to replace it. The room phone had the wrong room information on the phone. We could not find any ice on any floor in the hotel. Covers were missing off the ice machines on 2 of the 4 floors. While we did not use the pool or hot tub, members of our party had problems with rowdy children at the pool and management doing nothing to assit them. It was a very noisy hotel. All the room doors seemed to slam and bang each time someone entered or exited. Our room at the end of the hall was realatively quiet except for a loud constant hum of a motor that did not go away when the air conditioner and fan were turned off.

You have been worned....stay at your own risk!
