“Great weekend trip with kids”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

We enjoyed our stay at the Four Seasons Resort. Our room was simple but comfortable. We came for a long weekend with family & friends. We were able to see some Dallas attractions and also enjoy the swimming pool area. We ate from the breakfast, lunch and dinner menus and ordered room service as well. Breakfast buffet has a great variety of items and is reasonably priced. Service is superb, everyone is super friendly. My only comment would be to offer more vegetarian dishes on your menus. There was only one truly vegetarian item on the dinner menu.

I had to stay in Dallas overnight due to a flight cancellation, so a friend of mine was kind enough to book me a room here to spend those 24 hours. They were kind enough to give me an upgrade to one of the villas.
The service at the hotel is superb, everyone does eye contact and is really helpful with everything you need.
The bed is top quality, felt like sleeping on a cloud. The view and the quality of every element in the room. Feels like nobody has ever been there.
They take you on golf carts from place to place due to the property being so big.
Also, the Spa, fitness center and Pool people are really nice, the spa is top of the line.
What I can say is if you're going to be stuck in Dallas for 24 hours (or even more) you make sure you stay at the Four Seasons.
PD: no hidden charges! Spa, Fitness Center, Pool, everything is included in the room charge. not like other hotels where they charge a "Resort Fee" which makes no sense. you either have the facilities or you don't.

Room Tip: The rooms at the Villas

Horrible experience and too expensive. We stayed the weekend of July 4, 2014 in a $1,500.00 a night suite on the 18th green. Outdate room is being generous. They charge you 18% gratuity for food (not a problem we tip that normally) but then a $4 delivery fee! Seriously? And our food was cold…HA! Bottle water is $7. Dude, when you pay $1,500.00 a night you should get free bottle water at anytime. (And yes if you order bottle water there will be a $4 delivery fee). Lunch menu had nothing to offer our kids by the pool! I can't describe how TOOK we feel. The spa also messed up the length of my wife's massage which we booked a month in advance. We have two children 4 and 2 and don't have a chance to go on trips like this often. To say this was to be a special occasion is putting it mildly. Never again here not even for free.

My husband and I came here for a get-away weekend. It is convenient to the airport. The hotel is beautiful and we sensed the luxury once we walked in the lobby. When we checked in we were surprised with an upgrade to a villa overlooking the 18th green. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the view was phenomenal. There were only 2 negative points 1. The room had a strange smell (I have a sensitive nose but my husband couldn't smell it) and 2. It was difficult to control the temperature. There is a digital thermostat but it seemed like the temperature would fluctuate at least 2-3 degrees before the A/C would kick on.

The pools are very nice. We mainly went to the resort pool. The food and drinks were good. The service was inconsistent however. The first day no one came by at all. The second day the service was much better.

If you are into fitness, this is the hotel for you. They don't just have a fitness center, they have a sports club. The workout room has just about everything (we noticed they don't have a rowing machine). They also have an elevated indoor running track. It's not posted anywhere but according to my nike plus 8.5 laps = a mile. There is an indoor lap pool which we used one morning. The sports club also has racket ball and squash courts, a half basketball court and indoor tennis courts. It really is a terrific amenity.

We didn't play golf or use the spa on this trip but we want to come back!

Great weekend escape... Kids had a blast at the pools! Good buffet breakfast. Villa is very nice. Only detracting thing is their two bed rooms are twins... Would expect Queens for such an upscale hotel and these would fit if they got rid of the useless chair.

The property was in immaculate condition and the service was phenomenal. The food was wonderful and drinks were even better, if that is possible. We enjoyed a family outing and would definitely recommend this entire experience.
