. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and at the price we paid per night it was hard to get a good night's sleep. I was very disappointed with the spa which looked nice, but all the time slots were booked and I couldn't take advantage of the area. The poor area was well maintained. In terms of dining, the food, while very good, was overpriced. I recommend going off site to a nearby Mexican food restaurant where the food was better and the prices very reasonable. My husband enjoyed the golf though and it would be the golf which would bring us back and nothing else. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

It was nothing exciting. I have visited other like resorts that where some what better in Florida, Arizona, and the Caribbean. We are use to some other amenities. The bed was not very comfortable. The only person that was nice was the guy checking us in. It is sad because we stayed in the four seasons in Austin, Texas and had a wonderful experience. I guess customer service is not as important at all the resorts. We actually live in Plano, Texas and very much wanted to relax locally more often instead of travelling to the Caribbean a different State.

Had a 4 day weekend stay. The staff was outstanding and very pleasant. The food was good the Hotel was very nice. The pool is showing some wear and needs a face lift. Overall was very happy with our stay and we will be back.

Stayed here over the July 4th weekend. We stayed at the Four Seasons in Maui about 14 years ago and were totally blown away by the hotel and its staff. Unfortunately such was not the case with the Las Colinas hotel. It's a very nice stay because of the people but the hotel is showing its age as some others have commented. I have not stayed at the Gaylord, which is nearby and probably somewhat comparable, but some friends of mine swear by it. I did not play the golf course. I will say that the third night free for the summer was "blacked out" on the website but after a call to the hotel, the black out was waived and we received the third night free. We did use the spa and it gets 5 stars. We ate breakfast downstairs which was not at the level I expected and food delivery to the Bar 19 was atrocious but the manager comped our dinner entirely which I had not asked for.
Overall, in keeping with Four Seasons standards, which I believe is the people and the service they provide, this hotel meets those standards. They just need a nicer building.

Stayed at Four Seasons over 4th of July. Was again very happy with the experience. We stayed in the main hotel building. There is plenty of free parking at the hotel if you dont wish to pay to valet.

The room and bathroom were both a good size. We had free bottled water and wifi which was nice. The bed itself was not overly comfortable - too soft and lumpy.

The hotel grounds are well manicured. There are two main outdoor pools. We went to the family pool which was great. The pool area is large and the water not too deep. Also their is a nice 'beach' area for the kids to play in.

We only ate at the hotel on the first night at the 19 Bar. The service was somewhat haphazard with only one person trying to manage everyone sitting outside.

Other than that, i would recommend this hotel and certainly intend returning at some point in the future. Hopefully the next time i will get to try out the TPC Golf Course too.

The rooms are not anything special, it took 6 hours for our room to cool at night. The billing was confused, the shop was never open, and amenities were way overpriced. Hype not value. would not go back. Needs a new hotel, and a better golf course. everyone was pleasant, and the golf
was better than average, but not world class, The hotel should not carry the name 4 seasons.

Maybe it's the problem of heightened expectations, but somehow this Four Seasons never quite lived up to the level I'd imagined. The room itself felt dated - perhaps circa 2000 or so - not anything like the "modern" room or colors you see in a more recent top hotel. Small bathroom, standard doors, furniture, light switches, chair, typical alarm clock, etc... nothing "wow" at all. The service was - ummm - "okay." I certainly didn't feel particularly warmly greeted, and in fact noticed a fair bit of eye contact avoidance at the front door. I did appreciate the free bottled water, the excellent jogging map provided by the concierge, the firm bed, and the top-notch food and service at the lunch cafe. Overall: fine place to stay on business, but not at a premium rate, and don't expect to be blown away.
