Overall, the Four Seasons in Dallas was wonderful. Our room overlooked the 18th hole and had a walk out patio area. The staff at time of arrival was wonderful!! They put our sons name on the bathtub with his own kids size robe. They also had cookies and milk and chocolate covered strawberries for us in our room when we got there. The hotel has multiple pools, which is great for adults and children. The food was yummy everywhere on the property. My only complaints are,
There was free coffee in the mornings for a few hours, but twice they ran out of coffee and the cups were tinny. A hotel of this class should have plenty of coffee and larger cups and maybe even a few free pastries. Last complaint was when we were checking out the desk person did not ask how our stay was. When I asked her a question about our bill she got snotty and would not even make eye contact with me. I was asking a question about a $2600 bill. The least she could do, is look at me a d just listen to my question, she was very cold and her then a man came over who was a little nicer, but he to seemed as if I was inconveniencing him. It just made our wonderful vacation end on a negative note. Anyone in the service industry can understand where I am coming from.... Just a little personal attention can make a huge difference.
