“Great for family vacation”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 10, 2013

Overall, the Four Seasons in Dallas was wonderful. Our room overlooked the 18th hole and had a walk out patio area. The staff at time of arrival was wonderful!! They put our sons name on the bathtub with his own kids size robe. They also had cookies and milk and chocolate covered strawberries for us in our room when we got there. The hotel has multiple pools, which is great for adults and children. The food was yummy everywhere on the property. My only complaints are,
There was free coffee in the mornings for a few hours, but twice they ran out of coffee and the cups were tinny. A hotel of this class should have plenty of coffee and larger cups and maybe even a few free pastries. Last complaint was when we were checking out the desk person did not ask how our stay was. When I asked her a question about our bill she got snotty and would not even make eye contact with me. I was asking a question about a $2600 bill. The least she could do, is look at me a d just listen to my question, she was very cold and her then a man came over who was a little nicer, but he to seemed as if I was inconveniencing him. It just made our wonderful vacation end on a negative note. Anyone in the service industry can understand where I am coming from.... Just a little personal attention can make a huge difference.

Stayed in the “premium suite” on a family vacation. Hotel has a great gym, pools and generally good food. Golf is the main attraction here so if it’s not your game there are better places to stay nearby. We went for Memorial Day weekend and got a buy two nights get the third free offer. If you’re paying for it (as opposed to a corporate expense account) that’s the only way to go as the daily rates are normally in the stratosphere. The furniture in the suite was showing some age and wear and that’s really the only problem we had but it’s enough to knock it out of a perfect stay category. We are in the area every year to visit family and will go back but only if we get a big discount off the regular rates.

We stay at this hotel several times a year as a Staycation and I had my bachelorette party weekend here. Great pool and attentive service! Love the rooms and definitely try the breakfast buffet!

Service is good - as expected. Love the frozen grapes, smoothies, and evian spray they bring around at the pool!

I book a hot towel massage at the Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas. After a very long flight with an early AM arrive, I decided to use the time to relax and unwind. The 80 minute treatment was great. Wasn't sure what to expect, but found the entire experience amazing. My massage therapist was Colby. I been to few massges, but no one ever tries to work the entire neck. However, I found the work by Colby to be excellent. Afterwards, you are invited to spend as much time in the Men's area. It included a steam room, sauna, cold/hot tub and access to an outdoor pool. The facilities were clean and well taken care of. The price was also great. I left in time to travel to my hotel nearby and check in. It is a great opportunity to relax and unwind, anytime. Would visit them again.

My girlfriends and I recently spent a long weekend at the Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Collinas and had a fantastic time! The facility is nice enough: nothing particularly distinctive but lovely and very well-maintained. The real differentiators for us were the service levels and the diversity of available recreation/relaxation options.
We spent time all the days of our visit at the spa where hotel guests are able to use the facility (sauna, steam room, whirlpool, lounge etc) regardless of whether treatments are booked. We did treatments as well at the lovely spa but the facility was fantastic and a great perk for resort guests.
We also availed ourselves of two of the three available pools during our stay. At the resort pool we enjoyed the little extras that were offered (smoothies, chocolates, water mists) and the level of service from all the interns that work at the cabana. We really felt relaxed and pampered even during lazy afternoons at the pool.
Also on-site is a full gym with tennis and racquet ball courts, an indoor track and exercise classes. There is also a golf course which seemed to be well populated during our weekend.
All in all we had a fantastic time and could not have picked a better location for our relaxing girls weekend. We are thinking of making this a yearly tradition at this particular venue!

Room Tip: Our room in the central building had phenomenal water pressure in the shower. Not sure if the villas...
