For what it is -- a cheap suite-style hotel near the airport -- it's pretty good. Not very upscale, but clean, with a full (but small) kitchen, and staff that drove me up the wall.
To be fair, I had a bad experience getting to the hotel. It's the end of a long business trip, I'd been on the road 3 hours, I was starving, I just wanted to get my 5 hours of sleep before catching an early morning flight home. The first trouble came when I was trying to find the place. At night, it's just about impossible, as there's only a small unlit sign to guide you to an extremely bizarre entrance to an out-of-the-way hotel. I wandered around some before I found.
Once I got there, the front clerk took about 10 minutes to check me. I was the only one in line. I just wanted to sleep. He asked my name about three or four times because he kept getting called. (And one call was about the shuttle, apparently it runs every 30 minutes and is shared, as the other reviewer said.) He must've gotten six or seven phone calls which he kept answering, while keeping my credit card and license (why did he need my license?) hostage. I swear, I was about ready to walk out.
Things were better once I got the key. It's outside corridor halls only, and if you're on the third floor, prepare for a trek up the stairs. The rooms are older with fake stucco walls. The furniture is cheap, but the bed was comfortable, and the curtains atrocious. No decorations.
But it's a suit for under $50. The living room has an ugly couch and a big (25"?) TV, and the bedrooms (barely bigger than queen size bed) has a smaller 17" or so TV. The bathroom was pretty basic, but had one of those 'curved outwards' shower curtains and a nice showerhead. But it's a typical cheap bathroom.
The kitchen is where it shined. It was old too, but it's rare that I see a full kitchen in cheap hotels these days. Mostly I see a microwave and a mini-fridge. This had a full size fridge, with a freezer! Unhead of. And a full-size range! Four burners. And a stove. Plus, a vintage era microwave. I didn't test any of the items, true, but if you're going to be in the area a while (and I can't imagine why you'd stay out by the airport for an extended stay...) the kitchen might be nice.
So, it was okay, for what it was: cheap. Very cheap.
