Took the Family on vacation and used the Park and ride Feature which was fine. The problems began when we returned on Saturday Night July 20th. The shuttle picked us up and brought us back to the hotel around 10:00 PM. I had reserved a room with two queen beds two months prior and had the reservation stating so. when we got there they had moved us to a King handicapped room and claimed it was an upgrade? Really? The clerk was very rude and told me "If" they could find a roll away bed they would bring it up to our room. In the meantime, my family of 4 crowded into the room and awaited the arrival of a roll away bed. Over Two hours later the shuttle bus driver that had just came on duty brought us a bed, but it was not a roll away, I am not sure what it was, two twin mattress' strapped together with the sheets thrown in the middle. Mind you this was at 12:30 AM and we had been in the room for over two hours. The overnight staff was very rude and did nothing to remedy my situation. Bottom line, I had reservations for two months and had reservations for a room with two queen beds and got a handicapped King and they called it an upgrade. I don't remember the rude clerks name, but she had the disease that cause you to lose all the pigment around your eyes. She was beyond Rude and I have writtne La Quinta and never got a response!!!
