I stayed at this hotel with my Best Friend in a Double and we enjoyed having the separate living room and bedroom. The Mattresses were very comfortable. I enjoyed the stand up shower as well. We also had a room over looking pool. We enjoyed seeing the color changes in the water. They also have a movie theater on the first floor. We didn't get a chance to use it.

One of the worst hotels i've stayed in. The checkin lady was so fake. Firstly she started saying oh you are using your points - I am a Priority Club member. In my reservation notes I asked for a room on a HIGH floor, AWAY from the elevator. I ended up getting a room DIRECTLY behind the elevator with the lifts going up and down along my wall of my room (check 12 Oct, Room 217). In addition, it was on level 2 of 6 levels. The Tiny window in the room barely had any light to the point where i had to open the curtains wide to even get in any light. The bathroom - as you can see in the pictures is disgusting with strange red marks and mildew and dirt. The roof in the bathroom needs major fixes and the fan makes heaps of noise. The furniture is chipped, the bedsheets are used (can't believe it - see the marks attached). Overall NEVER going to stay here EVER again, HORRIBLE hotel, AVOID. Also the chair at the desk doesn't even go under the desk so I hurt my back as well.

My family, which includes my 15 months old son, my husband and me, stayed in this hotel while in the middle of a relocation. We were there for about 10 days and were quite satisfied with our stay there. The hotel is conveniently located near retail stores like Wal-Mart, Kohl’s’ etc, a movie Theatre, a fitness gym and a number of eating joints. It is quite an appropriate for someone planning an extended stay. The rooms were fully furnished and so was the kitchen and the housekeeping were prompt too. We did notice that the pool maintenance was carried out regularly too. The wholesome breakfast and the evening snack (courtesy Sweet Tomatoes!) service they had during our stay. We did use the shuttle service from the airport as well as when we wanted to go to the nearby stores. Not to forget the staff members – they were amazing, be it the front desk staff, the manager or the maintenance/ room service guys! I will definitely recommend this place.

I had to take some time to comment on how great the staff was at this Staybridge Suites while my training class was conducted in their "Jupiter Room" for the last Eight weeks! Especially Rita who works the front desk. She was very attentive to our needs, and she provided personalized service. Not only did I feel I could ask for assistance from her but also felt like she was a friend.

I would recommend this hotel for anyone who needs a conference or training facility. Thank you, Logan Geigner
