“Needs some work”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 30, 2014

Happy to have a new restaurant in Ingram-not lots of other options.
We have tried them twice. Both times found the food to be just OK. The quesadillas were difficult to eat although tasty. The jalapeno burger was OK-not spicy as advertised and the fries were soggy. We had a dinner selection (creole chicken) that was acceptable, but way too much and pretty rich-could have used a small green side. Prices were a bit high. Our first choice (chicken fried steak) was not available as the fryer was NOT working. There were a number of things that either needed the fryer or they had run out of (6:30 on a Thurs night).
The decor was pretty plain, but a local artist's photos on display are great. Ambiance is lacking. Service was nothing spectacular.
Hopefully with time all of their issues will be solved.

“Not ready to for Hard opening”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed March 24, 2014

We dined on Friday after the ribbon cutting for both local chambers of commerce. They had plenty of staffing but the crowd overwhelmed them. Just my opinion ....they should have had a soft opening for a smaller crowd.
The building was extremely hot. Everyone at our table was sweating which mad the entire dining experience uncomfortable. There were an overabundance of wait staff but all just stood around what appeared to be an empty pastry case. Had to raise our glasses to get water refilled.
A salad we ordered to split didn't come until our meal did and the vegetables were not fresh and crisp. The rice that came with the steak and potato tacos was congealed....just a clump on what seemed to be a boxed Spanish rice. Our group of 5 all had different entrees and all were low to mediocre. I think the crab cake appetizer and Mac & Cheese Burger were the high points.
I hope the owner steps back and reevaluates what he is presenting to the community.
