Stayed here for 4 nights during the NCAA tournament. Located about 1/2 mile (easy to walk) from Reliant Stadium. Suite was very comfortable and the flat screen tv in the living room was awesome.

Breakfast was generally good. Waffle bar, juice, pastries, yogurt, oranges and apples. Egg and sausage was mediocre.

Customer service was great. Had a small problem with the mini-fridge and maintenance came within 5 minutes.

Only issue would be the air conditioner unit in the bedroom. Light sleepers might find it noisy.

My family of four stayed at this hotel for two nights while visiting Rice University. It was well located for our purposes (near Rice, Rice Village and about 15 minutes from the Galleria mall). The hotel was very quiet and the rooms were clean and in above average condition (the hotel appears to be fairly new). The public spaces are in very good condition. The breakfast was average for this sort of hotel -- nothing exceptional but no problems either. Front office staff was pleasant and we were greeted each time we entered the hotel. There are a few chain restaurants such as Olive Garden nearby. There is a Walgreens within a about a block and a CVS that is only a bit farther away. One advantage this hotel has over many in this class is that the beds in our suite were queens, not doubles. With two adults and two teenagers,that is a nicer setup than two double beds. We had no problems with the hotel and would certainly stay here again if we were in the area.

The room was clean, and I had no issues with my stay.

We stayed here 2 nights to attend a Houston Texans game. It was a great hotel. Nice and clean, we really like to 2 rooms and 2 TVs in the suite. Dad watched football on one tv while we watched a movie on the other. We stayed here because of the closeness to Relient Staduim. We walked right over to the game, no problem. There was plently of places to eat around the hotel. Some people said the area around the hotel was not a safe nice area. I disagree. I thought the area was just fine, safe lots of stores, places to eat, etc. I would stay there again anytime.
